“Although the flowers looked stunning on the website and I upgraded to a medium bouquet, when the flowers arrived, the roses and lillies were drooping, which was a little disappointing. Although Haute have confirmed they will send out a fresh bouquet, which I hope will arrive and look as they do in the picture.”
