“The flowers are invariably of excellent quality and delivered on time. Have experienced a couple of niggles i.e. no flower food included and delivered to a neighbour when the recipients were at home! Otherwise fine and they would definitely be my first contact for flowers by post.”

“Really pleased. Only downside was I couldn’t check the delivery address once it got to payment stage or after payment but i emailed and received a prompt reply. Will definitely use again . 💕💕”

“Ordered flowers for my cousin's wedding anniversary and his wife loved them, very pretty flowers from the picture I was sent. Next delivery day as promised and was even able to track where they were delivered too. Would definitely use again!”

“Flowers arrived promptly and in good condition. The picture on website was realistic as to size, colour of flowers. My only criticism is that Haute do not show a picture or list the number of blooms in each size of bouquet as other sites do. But I love your flowers and am thinking of taking out a subscription”

“I ordered my bouquet two weeks in advance of delivery date. The day before delivery was due I emailed to check all on track. They replied promptly confirming it was. Flowers arrived on the delivery date as scheduled, in beautiful condition. Recipients very happy. Only would say that I expected the “large” size to be a bit larger than it was. But otherwise very happy.”

“The flowers were beautiful. The only criticism was that they were left outside a block of flats and the delivery man did not call up to the flat or buzz. Fortunately they were still there 2 hours later.”

“The recipient was delighted with her flowers although I was a little disappointed to see that they didn't look exactly like the photo on the website (I orderered Wild and Wonderful in a medium size). I do however understand that the flowers are seasonal and therefore have to be substituted from time to time. Some chocolates were also included with the flowers which I was very happy about. I would definitely recommend.”
