“Ordered large bouquet for my Parents being together 60 years…so a special occasion. Flowers arrived very late in the day by Royal Mail and I was expecting a courier. Bouquet much smaller than I was expecting…hate to think what small was. Also messages and delivery by Prestige Gifting not Haute ..who I actually ordered from so felt a bit of a con as there was a nicer delivery of flowers at exactly same time from Prestige! Black box’s exactly the same except with Haute on. Sadly not impressed and would not recommend.”
