I ordered birthday flowers for my boyfriend nearly a week in advance, but on his birthday, the flowers still hadn’t arrived. I contacted the flower shop the next day, but they didn’t offer an apology and blamed Royal Mail. They told me I had to handle it with Royal Mail myself! If they can’t guarantee on-time delivery, they simply shouldn’t be in this business. They lack this capability, yet they still want to take money and don’t care if things work out or not—it’s not their problem. They don’t care about customers. This is irresponsible business practice. The website looks beautiful, the images are beautiful, but what you receive is disappointment and frustration.

I remembered quite late on Monday 7th October that I wanted to order some flowers for my Sister's birthday which was today. They were delivered as promised by mid afternoon today and the flowers (Belle roses) are as beautiful as shown on the website. I highly, highly recommend this company. Thank you for such a positive experience.

I ordered flowers to be sent to my best friend for her golden wedding anniversary. She was over the moon with them. Beautiful roses and fabulous fragrant lilies. Many thanks will definitely use yiu again.

Flowers didn't arrive by selected date - I was then told I would have to wait until 3 days after selected delivery date for any investigations to be done

A great experience, the ordering was simple alongside teh updates. Both bouquets were stunningly beautiful and made the recipients very happy. Haute are now my new aboslute favoiurote and I will be ordering from them all of the time. If you're thinking about it, don't, just order, you will not be disappointed!

Very disappointing. 4 blooms for £40 compared with M&S with 13 blooms for £50. Poor value for money

Very disappointed: 1. They forgot to include the card with the flower and never sent the card. 2. The rose petals were wilted and not fresh. Will never order from them again

Ordered large bouquet for my Parents being together 60 years…so a special occasion. Flowers arrived very late in the day by Royal Mail and I was expecting a courier. Bouquet much smaller than I was expecting…hate to think what small was. Also messages and delivery by Prestige Gifting not Haute ..who I actually ordered from so felt a bit of a con as there was a nicer delivery of flowers at exactly same time from Prestige! Black box’s exactly the same except with Haute on. Sadly not impressed and would not recommend.
