The flowers are beautiful. My order was delivered wrong (standard bouquet instead of large) after a few emails back and forth the matter was resolved and I am thankful for that. I think the amount of each flower that you receive in each size on the description of the bouquets would be really helpful and photos of a standard and a large. Overall a good experience.

Ordered the flowers for friends' anniversary. They were very pleased with the beautiful flowers. Only issue I have is that the communication/notifications to me were addressed to my friend instead of to me. Hence, I've rated the service 4 stars.

I ordered flowers for a friend who was recovering from ill health. My friend was very happy with the flowers. And the selection was exactly as I ordered. Therefore, I am thoroughly happy with the service. The issue I have is the communications/notifications that I received were addressed to my friend instead of me. Hence, my 4 star rating.

Hopefully the flowers I chose for my goddaughter were successful, they were sent by Royal Mail , could not get them up on my internet , to see. What I had ordered. It was for September 12th . Would be grateful if you could confirm that all was ok . Total order was 55pounds. Mrs Rita Fewtrell.

Straightforward and easy to use. Annoyed, however, that my voucher had "now expired". No word of a "use by date" anywhere to be seen. Bouquet looked lovely but I wonder how long it will last. The flowers all looked fully out to me.

The flowers I ordered were very much appreciated, but unfortunately the recipient had no idea who they were from, despite the fact that I had to pay extra to write a digutal message with the order !

The service was good, prompt delivery that I could track, however I was a little disappointed when I saw the bouquet my daughter received. It was a bit underwhelming, a bit small. I had ordered the medium sized option and would hate to see the standard small version.

The quality of the flowers / plant itself was great but please do not use Royal Mail again . I specifically asked for it to be delivered on Friday for a birthday present but it was sent to the wrong depot and wasn’t delivered until Sunday morning - not acceptable and very disappointed x
