“Sent some flowers as a birthday gift. She seemed to be very happy with them. Arrived on time and on the date i had specified.”

“The flowers and presentation were good although maybe did expect a few more flowers in the bouquet for the price , a bit of a sparse bouquet .”

“Read the reviews after I purchased next day delivery and was filled with dread. I ordered 9.54pm and they arrived the next day by 11am my daughter was so happy bought 2 different bunches and they looked beautiful.”

“Great service, I ordered at 7.30pm, and the recipient received the flowers and chocolates the next day - they seemed delighted, so I can only assume that the flowers were of top quality!”

“Very happy with service. Ordered flowers from my armchair in Ireland for my daughter in Great Britain arrived following day as promised. I would have given 5 stars but do not want Haute Florists to become complacent.😀 Thank you very pleased with my transaction”

“The flowers sent were absolutely beautiful - possibly even better than the website photos. Arrived on the date specified. The only issue I had was with Royal Mail Tracking - I wasn't automatically notified that my order was out for delivery so was unable to track in real time. A quick email to Haute Florist sorted it out very quickly. Will definitely use in the future.”

“Flowers weren't for me but for persons moving into their new home. The flowers seem fine from photo I received back. It was good I could include a vase and chocs. Not sure if anything was damaged, they didn't say, but presume not. Flowers looked very fresh, just needed arranging by recipients.”

“The flowers are great and arrived exactly on time and at the right address. The only reason that I have not given 5 stars is because one cannot speak to anyone on the phone and the e mail response did not really answer my query”
