“Flowers were as shown and described on the website, and customer service was responsive and helpful. There should be some kind of dispatch/delivery update on the day of delivery though. I had to chase the company to get any delivery information on the morning it was expected.”

“Really disappointed with the service. I ordered flowers and candles to be delivered to Australia on 27/01/24 today it’s 7/2/24 NOTHING has been delivered. No communiction what so ever. DONT USE THIS SERVICE.”

“I sent "sympathy flowers" for which the recipient was very pleased. The only downside was that he had great difficulty in finding who the flowers had come from. I think that messages should be much clearer.”

“Only just placed first order - The images lookk great but I wasn't overly please about the delivery charge on top of what are quite expensive flowers - I continued with the purchase as I do like the hat boxes”

“I think the flowers are great and feel Premium although sometimes on delivery they don’t look like the pictures! Might be an idea to clarify what size the pictures are ;)”

“The flowers are great and everyone that I have sant them to have been very pleased with them. The one thing that I have been disappointed with is that when they have been delivered they just knocked on the door and left without alway the people knowing that they have been delivered. Having saying all that I would and have used them again”
