“The website was informative, the flowers ordered were apparently nice and they were delivered to the correct address at the right time. The one area that could perhaps be improved would be if the website provided more information about the differences between the Standard, Medium and Large sizes (preview pictures were only shown for Medium). On the whole, Haute provided a good service and I would use them again.”

“My blue orchid was delivered to date and well packed. The quality of the blooms is excellent. The only thing lacking was care instructions. I would request advice and care instructions on this blue orchid as they are not easy and I would like to keep the blue colour and the blooms as long as possible.”

“The orchid is beautiful and arrived next day as requested. I would have preferred it to have fewer open flowers and more buds to be sure it would really last. I will let you know if the flowers fade quickly!”
