“My granddaughter has recently come out of hospital and the flowers were a lovely surprise. She said they were beautiful.”

“Ordered for a friend who sent me a photo. The flowers arrived in nice packaging and the flowers looked beautiful. Never used Haute Florist before but would definitely use them again.”

“After ordering and expecting a next day delivery that failed due to Royal Mail .. I spoke to a lovely lady in customer services who promptly re ordered another bouquet of flowers and were received the following day , so a disappointing and stressful start , turned out well and can’t fault the beautiful flowers .. Thank you Haute florist !!”

“I couldn’t question the quality of the flowers, they were stunning and my friend who received them was so happy. They arrived a day early (before their due date which was her actual birthday) but I’d rather they were early than late!”

“Ordered flowers and a card as a ‘thank you’ gift for my sister was thrilled with them. I didn’t get the promised email on dispatch so her phone call saying they’d arrived was a surprise.”

“Great fast and speedy service, ordered 7:30pm and delivered 11am the next day (on a Saturday) Not quite as many flowers as I’d hoped they’d be, but my mum was happy with them.”

“The service from Haute Florist was great, the bit which let them down was using Royal Mail which meant the gift was delivered 3 days later than planned and left outside the door, rather than being taken to the local post office as requested This is not a criticism of Haute Florist, but you need to know what happens after the goods have left you”
