“The flowers were well received I was sent a photo, although I was pleased I expected more flowers and less greenery as it did not look like the medium bouquet shown on the website”

“Thank you for dealing with my order so well. I omitted the address and only had the postcode. This was my error and you kindly offered to send a fresh order. My husband was in hospital and I'm afraid I was rather stressed out so thank you for being kind enough to resend the flowers. He is now home thankfully but thank you once again for your consideration. Sandra King”

“I ordered three different lots of flowers for my family in the UK. Online I rely on as I live in Aus. The sunflower and rose was absolutely beautiful and my posh sis said they were the freshest, prettiest flowers she had ever received from me which was great. My Mums flowers (country bouquet ) she was delighted with yet to me they were not a patch on the other bunch. I’ve received only thanks from my relative re the third bunch so no comment. I would not recommend the country flowers yet the sunflowers& roses I would. The delivery was next day as promised and the presentation wrap and ribbon looked good. Apologies I cant give a five star yet I will hope to use Haute further”
