“Flowers were beautiful but they were delivered on the wrong day. I ordered them for 23rd Dec but they were delivered on 21st when I was at wor. No issues because I was taking them to the recipient but it means they won’t last as long for her.”

“The flowers I ordered were lovely and did look like the photo on the website. The only slight complaint is that they were delivered before my selected date. I have used Haute Florist a few times and I will do again as the quality is very good.”

“The only reason I’ve given it a 4 is because I am from Australia and wanted to send flowers to my good friend Jackie who has just lost her hubby. I battled a bit with the website and had to redo the order a few times. Not sure how it was delivered”

“I love the quality of the flowers, and always use this company. I’m a little disappointed recently as I upgraded to the Large size, and what arrived actually looked smaller then the medium image pictured. When I reached out to the customer service I found them p be unfriendly and unhelpful which is a shame as I had loved this company up until this point. They definitely have the best flowers in the business but I wouldn’t waste money upgrading to the large size as it’s seems it makes zero difference.”

“First time using the service and I must say i did not really know what to expect. Ordered some flowers to be delivered the next day for a birthday and it arrived on time! Chose a personalised card with a picture to be delivered with the flowers which looked really nice. Was sent a video of the flowers with the card by the recipient. I was really pleased with what I saw and the birthday girl was over the moon ! I was a bit disappointed that i did not receive any discount on my first order though. Overall great service gorgeous flowers delivery on time!”

“First time using Haute. I was very pleased with the flowers they were very beautiful and just as shown on the website. They also arrived on time. Only thing I would improve in is I didn’t get any email confirmation that they were out for delivery so I was concerned they would arrive but was all ok in the end. Would use again.”
