“First time using the service and I must say i did not really know what to expect. Ordered some flowers to be delivered the next day for a birthday and it arrived on time! Chose a personalised card with a picture to be delivered with the flowers which looked really nice. Was sent a video of the flowers with the card by the recipient. I was really pleased with what I saw and the birthday girl was over the moon ! I was a bit disappointed that i did not receive any discount on my first order though. Overall great service gorgeous flowers delivery on time!”

“First time using Haute. I was very pleased with the flowers they were very beautiful and just as shown on the website. They also arrived on time. Only thing I would improve in is I didn’t get any email confirmation that they were out for delivery so I was concerned they would arrive but was all ok in the end. Would use again.”

“Hi ordered flowers as a gift for a friend who has been unwell. Unfortunately Royal Mail were unable to deliver for 4 days so most of the flowers were dying by the time they were finally delivered. Such a shame Royal Mail couldnt have left them at the door with a note thru the letterbox. I cant fault the service from Haute - website was easy to use, plenty of choice and great prices. Just a shame about Royal Mail not leaving the flowers on day one.”
