“Excellent service from the very first phone call. Everything was brilliantly explained throughout and there were no issues at all. The boiler installation was superb. Took less than two days and the guys were so tidy you wouldn't have known they had been.”

“From the initial contact, my experience with the company was superb. I was booked in for the survey within few days. Every step was quick and easy. Survey done on a Thursday and the 2 days installation was booked for Monday. On Tuesday, my new boiler was fully installed and working. From the staff who handled my call to the ingeniers who installed the boiler, they were all incredible and fantastic to say the least. The monthly installment is very affordable and an added bonus to people who cannot afford a new boiler. Thank you Hassle Free Boilers”

“It was fairly hassle free, we had a bit of a problem getting some forms signed but got there in the end. Everything was done to try and get a boiler installed quickly as we had been without for a few days. The two guys who came round initially were friendly and welcoming very helpful. The two guys who did the installation were very friendly and professional, they didn't stop all day even if a problem occurred they carried on. They were very good, it's not easy having strangers I. Your home all day, but as they were courteous and ,mindful they put me at ease and they did a really good job”

“Lots of emails, offers and promises before the installation. Still not received the vouchers offered for returning the contract in 48 hours. No reply to my husbands emails querying this and now they are spelling my name wrong on emails sent to him. However, the installers were very good, the boiler is very good and before the installation most communications were dealt with in an efficient, friendly manner. Marian.”

“From first enquiry to installation was very quick--just over a week. The initial survey visit included a very clear explanation of the plan I was signing up to and how it worked. On the day I had an early morning delivery of the boiler and all the parts that might be needed, from pipe down to screws. The installers arrived 2 hours late, but phoned me in good time to say they were caught up in M25 traffic. Even with the late start they finished installation in good time; they worked hard and without a break for about 5 hours. When they finished they went through the rewmote controller with me and left me with 3 large manuals and a clean house. After about a week I was not sure the boiler was functionint properly, and had a visit from the head engineer based in Bristol (I live on the Sussex coast). He spent a couple of hours with me, inspecting the installation and explaining the finer points of the control system and suggesting the best settings for me. Since then the system has worked exactly as I would like it too, and monthly gas reading suggest a reduction of at least 50% on my previous usage. I am very happy with the boiler and its perrforance, and I am confident that should I need it I would get prompt service from HSB.”

“No pressurised sales team getting on my nerves, felt completely in control of the whole process and even had time to stop and reconsider the pros and cons and guess what their is no cons. My boiler has been installed fora few months now and everything is working perfectly and I cannot believe I didn't use them sooner. Thanks for actually being everything your name suggests.”

“At first this company were very friendly and gave a good quote, the installation team did a good clean job, then several of the radiator valves started to leak, it took 2 phone calls, a visit from an engineer (who did nothing other than tell me that as i had a fixed price installation the repairs might not be covered by the guarantee ) and several weeks before another engineer finally repaired the leaks (in the quotation small print they stated they aim to carry out any repairs in 24 hours) Also as part of the original offer made to me there was a promise of a £100 shopping voucher to be sent to me after installation was completed, this has not been sent even though i have requested it twice via phone calls. At first I thought I had found a company I could trust, but now they are beginning to look like just another rouge trader who will not honour their promises. Ray Cooper”

“We now have a lovely warm house all work nice and neat and attention to detail was perfect it was a pleasure to watch these craftsmen at work wish I had it done years ago.”
