“Very pleased from the initial enquiry through to installation - very friendly and efficient and ran through everything you needed to know and made sure you were happy and confident with the information. The installation took one morning (2 bed house) and they were very friendly and polite and cleared away well after they had finished and ran through the controls/operation of my new boiler. Nice to have peace of mind that the servicing and call outs are included now and I can relax and trust my boiler. Very pleased with HFB and would recommend them to anyone.”

“We would highly recommend hassle free boilers, the service from the initial phone call to the installation of the boiler was fantastic. There is no gimmicks or wrong information given, yes the cost is spread over 12yrs but I know that from now until then I don't have to worry about anything to do with the boiler they see to it all. All the people we was in contact with during this process are a credit to your team. Thankyou again.”

“Thought i would wait a year before leaving a review. From start to finish this company has been excellent. I have not had one problem whatsoever with Hassle Free Boilers. I was very sceptical at first as you probably are reading these reviews and thought the 12 year contract was a little scary but i would have still been paying £19.50 a month with NPower for standard boiler cover to cover an old boiler system for a long as i had a boiler anyway. I was actually not going to bother contacting them as my house seemed so much hard work as we had 2 header Tanks in the loft, boiler in the garage and a hot water tank in the airing cupboard which only worked on a thermostat and had no way of turning hot water off if i didn't need any so would just keep heating it day and night. I wanted to have a combi boiler and get rid of all the tanks but it seemed a lot of plumbing. However i thought i would get a survey anyway. The guy came and was very polite and everything i asked him was not a problem at all, i thought yeh he probably get me to sign up and then say they cant remove it all etc but i was so wrong. I got my quote to which i was happy with and they send my contracts for signing and i was then just waiting for the installation date. I waited about 2 weeks for the installation date which i thought was excellent service. 2 men came and were straight to work, very clean and couldn't be more friendly and polite. The whole installation took 2 days and everything was done, all tanks gone all pipes capped and done properly. I was at work when they finished the last day but when i looked at the boiler i could not believe how so much was done to detail. All pipes had the foam round them, new magnetic cleaner fitted all radiators had a power flush. We are now saving sooooooo much money on gas as now the hot water only works when we need it. We have a posh digital remote which controls everything from the house including the hot water temperature. So if your reading these reviews and need a new boiler and service plan then do yourself a favour and get in touch with Hassle Free Boilers.”

“Fill in the details online and within a couple of minutes your phone will ring. The Salesman is very polite and friendly and gives you a "Guaranteed" Price. This is after answering all his questions honestly and accurately. This included the details of the existing boiler and the fact that renewal is not urgent as it still works OK. An appointment is made and agreed for a surveyor to make a site visit. Two days later an email is sent with a discount offer on a control system, available on signing up for a new boiler. This offer expires before the site survey takes place. ??!!! The surveyor is very friendly, polite and completes a thorough job. His price is £600 more than the "Guaranteed no extras" price given by phone. This is apparently because the existing boiler " isn't the type we were expecting, it's a Powermax" The new price is written down on the back of a business card. (Very Professional) The extra discount offer on a control system has also expired 6 hours later a demand to sign the contract is sent via email. This email is anything but friendly. British Gas have got our order. Their quote is made in exceptional detail and their "£400 back on your old boiler" is genuine. They are miles ahead when it comes to dealing with Customers and fished up £350 cheaper than Hassle Free Boilers.”

Dear Mr Longson, Thank you for your comments. We always take feedback on board and strive to ensure every customer is thrilled with all we do. I have investigated your comments and listened to all relevant calls and my findings are below. We never do, nor did we “Guarantee the quote” on the initial call – the initial quote is always subject to Survey. What we actually said in this case is “Our quotes are 95% accurate when given over the phone”. The reason for the change in price after Survey is that we were advised on the initial call that there was no hot water tank, our Surveyor found that this is not the case and therefore amendments to your quote were required. The Surveyor wrote the indicative price on his business card merely as a quick reference for you and the email you received shortly after the Survey contained your final written quotation. The letter and final quote we sent you digitally is below. "Thank you for your enquiry for a boiler installation quotation from Hassle Free Boilers. Based on the information from your survey I enclose a final quotation for the installation of a Worcester Bosch 30i Greenstar boiler, which could save you 50% on your fuel bill*. This price is now fixed provided you confirm acceptance within 14 days. This quotation pack is intended to provide you with the information to make an informed decision, however if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us on 0800 111 4040." Again, we are sorry that you feel that email was not friendly. The e mail style is simply intended to be a professional, concise and accurate communication of the final quotation Finally, with regard to the Nest upgrade our offer has now been extended to all new installations. “Really pleased that we chose Hassle Free Boilers. From the first meeting where there was no high pressure sales to the install a week later, we had nothing but great service. They were all very polite, clean and professional and were great value for money. So pleased that we used them rather than BG (the other gas company) and almost half the price. Would recommend them to anyone. They even noticed a small gas leak and arranged for The National Grid to come and fix free of charge. BG missed that!!! What they quoted is what we paid with no nasty suprise. Thanks again, we now have a warm house and plenty of hot water.”

“From start to finish it was an absolute pleasure , Polite at all times and very professional , It took less than a week from my first contact to having a fully working brand new boiler fitted , They came out to survey within 2 days and imy new boiler was fitted 4 days later , the install team were great , clean , thorough and very professional , I now have a new state of the art boiler , wireless controller and new valves on every radiator , I had a montly service contract on my old boiler costing £18 per month which I have now been able to cancel and the new system is saving me an average of £35-£45 per month , so We are saving a £168 -£278 per year and 12 years free servicing , it really is hassle free , thank you again . “From start to finish the service was spot on and couldn't have been any easier. From day one customer care was 10 out of 10 and even during the installation the engineers ensured a safe environment and great care towards our disabled son who is registered blind. Talking to him to gain his trust and confidence and them explaining how to use the new boiler etc A big thank you!!”

“Very polite fitters. All the parts and boiler were delivered by courier before the fitters arrived so they were ready to start straight away. Excellent work and finished on time. Would recommend to anyone. (shame my house faces east/west or i would have your company fit the free solar panels as well lol )”

“from the first phone call to the boiler being fitted, everybody were so professional and pleasant, surveyor arrived on time, boiler deliver on time, 2 terrific fitters very professional and polite, kept us inform about what they were doing, cleaned up afterwards. Brilliant service, would recommend them to anybody.”
