The Service was really good when putting the boiler. The 2 engineers who came they where really nice and helpful The delivery of the boiler was over an hour late also that they have not flushed the Central Heating properly. Also its been a at least a month and still the vouchers have not come yet

From the first phone call to fitting the boiler it was fast and smooth. Even when I had a small problem afterwards the repair man came within 24 hours of me reporting the fault and had it quickly sorted.

The Fitters were very polite, friendly, and answered any questions we had, They completed the installation very professionally, and cleaned up after themselves

I found the whole process, from first contact to final installation and checking very straightforward. Their staff were always helpful, the installation was done in one day and thewhole house was left clean and tidy. I would recommend the company to anyone.

pleased with installation have tried to contact company since regarding the offer of high street vouchers for installations during january but only get the answerphone which is very disappointing

What an amazing company - can't fault them! My boiler packed up on Monday, by Thursday I was warm and toasty. They fitted a new A-grade boiler, fancy new wireless thermostat, new rad thermostats.... cleaned up all their mess, took all rubbish away.... And my monthly service plan is cheaper than the one I was on before! VERY happy!

It has been plain sailing from the start, installation went trouble free, the boiler has been excellent and has save me over £400 pounds in the first year, had my first service which was fine. Over all I have to say that I couldn't be happier that I choose Hassle free boilers. Thank you.

Very nice people a credit to your company. But the work run over because the boiler took a lot longer to fit and things were rushed some of the radiators need bleeding. The boiler looks fine but there a thing hanging over the side of it could have been placed on top of the boiler everybody who come in said how unsightly it looks. I think you should really look it to making that a lot more presentable. I can bleed the radiators no prob's is the thing hanging over the side of the boiler the man said its the only way he could do it. Still looks horrible.

The installation was fantastic the guys were great no hassle at all and very quick. the downside is the admin. Before the boiler was installed someone came round and took all the details including direct debit details. I then get a letter /email telling me that there was a problem setting up the DD I eventually called sorted out payment with my card over the phone and was then promised a DD form to fill out AGAIN. This never arrive i was then sent a letter with a DD form attached saying that I had cancelled my DD so the payment was not taken and they I had incurred charges the DD could not be cancelled as it was never put in place. I asked for a manager to contact me regarding this mess but so far its been a week and nothing. The installation was great and was hassle free . The admin is shocking and the no hidden charges is a complete lie
