It was fairly hassle free, we had a bit of a problem getting some forms signed but got there in the end. Everything was done to try and get a boiler installed quickly as we had been without for a few days. The two guys who came round initially were friendly and welcoming very helpful. The two guys who did the installation were very friendly and professional, they didn't stop all day even if a problem occurred they carried on. They were very good, it's not easy having strangers I. Your home all day, but as they were courteous and ,mindful they put me at ease and they did a really good job
