“Had boiler in a year now...really noticed the difference. ..bills are lower heating and water hotter. Just had its 1st service working 98% efficient. ..so pleased ...glad we changed thank you hassle free boilers xx”

“I choose to use the pay in full option which was nearly £1200 pounds cheaper than british gas, Ian came to do the survey and was superb, he explained in detail what would happen and i agreed to have the work done, i was the contacted by the office and arranged a date 1 week later for installation, the 2 lads turned up on time and did a fantastic job, they even got henry the hoover out to clean up after them. Nothing was too much trouble ! In the many year of buying things i can honestly say that Hassle Free Boilers does exactly what they say they are going too, i would recommend them to anyone 100%. Very very happy with the service ! great job and keep up the great customer service”

“Great service!! I contacted Hassle Free Boilers and asked them loads of questions which they answered and explained everything to me. It was simple and easy. My new boiler was fitted within a month of contacting them but only took that long as I requested a later date, it could have been completed within 2 weeks. Both the initial contact who came out to complete the survey and the two men who fitted the boiler for us were friendly and efficient. The boiler was fitted within one day with no problems what so ever. Great service would definitely recommend. Thank you so much”

“I found the company excellent. It was easy to contact them and the gentleman who came and did the survey was pleasant and efficient. The two men who came and fitted the boiler were again really proffesional and able to do the job without a problem. They cleaned up and I felt happy with them in my home I have now had the boiler and system for a month and have found no downside with this company I don't have any connection with hassle free boilers and had never spoken to met anyone from the company before the installation I have no hesitation in recommending this company. There offer seemed to good to be true. It was not Jim Patterson a very satisfied customer”

“Generally pleased with the boiler and Hassle Free boilers, however, they did fit the wrong boiler on the agreement after price and spec matching another plumber's quote. I called them as soon as I realised their error and they did offer to replace the boiler. I was suitably compensated and relatively happy. I'm yet to receive the shopping vouchers; I've called a few times now to chase them up (this was one of the selling factors when I was discussing getting it fitted). The last reason I got for not receiving them was a lack of communication between the marketing department. It's a poor excuse really as they seem to offer these quite readily. Hopefully I will receive these soon and then I'll be a much happier customer!”

“Have had my boiler for over 1 year now, fast efficient installation and good support, my gas energy bill has gone down and my heating seems to be more efficient, would recommend Hassle Free Boilers to any one, brilliant service and full central heating cover for the 12 years, all radiators pipe work and valves as well as boiler, all included in low monthly fee, beat that for cover.”

“we were more than pleased from the start of the process to the finish, finding all the staff we dealt with to be excellent. We certainly notice the difference between old and new boilers and we have not had a bill as yet to compare any savings that we expect to make.”

“Having our new boiler really was hassle free!! in was fitted within a few weeks of making the call to them and cannot complain about a thing, all staff members I dealt with were helpful and polite. We are now cosy and warm and saving money with our new boiler. We would recommend them to anyone looking for new boiler. NO hidden costs, we paid exactly what we were quoted on the phone, another well know company added at least £1000 to the price quoted at the beginning, charging extra for things that were standard at Hassle free boilers. 5 Star quality service!! Thanks, Mr and Mrs Emmett”

“The two men who came to install our boiler were fabulous. Punctual, friendly and polite. They cleaned up after the work was completed. From my initial phone call to the installation each person I dealt with was polite and efficient. I would recommend Hassle Free Boilers. An excellent service. Thank you for making our home warm and cosy again!”

“The installation was quicker and less traumatic than we expected, the installers were very tidy and left no mess and although we had a couple of call backs with small leaks from valves, they were dealt with promptly and caused us no problems. Overall Hassle free boilers lived up to their name.”

“Overall very good contractors completed the installation in a day and a half. Didn't finish on the 1st day until the boiler was working and we had heat. Also gave us a very good demonstration of how the boiler and thermostat controls work .all in all we are satisfied with the work and would recommend hassle free boilers to friends.”
