I ordered my rugs a week ago and stil have not received them. They were meant to be delivered today and they haven't arrived !

Having ordered my items a week ago they have still not arrived, I rang customers met services to be told they have no idea why the goods have not been delivered but probably because you are ‘busy’ one of the items is a turnout rug that I ordered on next day delivery as the weather turned very cold - rug still not arrived so I ended up having to buy another rug and then you ask me to review the goods before I have even received them so I have no idea how good or bad the quality is, will let you know when they arrive.

Poor quality & broke before I had even put it on a rug! Instructions are really poor too.

I placed an order for a rug, but being unsure of the fit of the rugs (I've found Masta rugs to come up quite small in the chest before), I changed my mind about the size I had ordered. I emailed customer services almost immediate after ordering, asking about the sizing and if I could change to a different size than I had ordered. I waited 24 hours for a response, and when the response came, it was that they had simply cancelled my order. No answer to my questions, no 'sorry we're unable to change the sizing at this point', just cancelled! It took me 3 more emails to them to get an actual response from them after that, and then it was just sorry for the confusion and you'll have to place another order. Absolutely terrible customer service! I won't be ordering from Harry Hall again.....

The jacket was apparently out of stock when I emailed it. Money taken out of my account, no confirmation emails or contact made. 1 email and 3 fb messages sent in the past week and no reply. Went onto the chat function on the website and they refunded. So dissapointed

The jacket arrived which is stunning, but me and my daughter are a 12, this jacket is by far not right in sizing, we did some research and 3 people we know feel the same, my daughter feels so big in herself not fair. Really need to look at the sizing Too many companies making people feel uncomfortable....we also had a size 10 try it, nope didn't do up

Order did not arrive, I had to make contact just to be told that there was a technical error! ( when were you going to inform me?) Offered an alternative which was more expensive and only a 10% discount. Got sent a link to chose another riding hat which they were mostly adult sizes and I required a junior hat... extremely disappointed especially since the company was a recommendation...

Delivery was quick but jacket we ordered was very small fit, refund took a while and incorrect amount put back in my bank which I then had to contact for further amount. Puts my off buying online

The product - a lead rope, The clip broke at first use therefore unable to use item and had to purchase another from another provider.

brought the hi viz jods, the sewing on the reflective strip come undone all the way along the leg, not good got them exchanged via the shop brought them from happy to exchange only the other pair were the same some parts werent even sewn, all done in china poor quality for what you pay expect better,

I am sorry to say that I've had an incredibly poor returns experience with Harry Hall. Having ordered a tweed jacket at the end of February, that did not fit as I wanted, I followed procedure and returned the item within 1 month of it being received. On the 10th May I received an email to say that the item was being returned to me as it was past the 30 days returns policy. How the jacket arrived back to Harry Hall having apparently spent one month on route seems to be a mystery. Or was it sat, unprocessed in a warehouse I wonder? Today I received the jacket back with writing on my original returns note to say the 28 day returns policy had expired. I have not had any refund. As the jacket is in perfect condition and was sent back by me in time, I am incredibly disappointed and will not be buying from this company online again. I am left frustrated and out of pocket. Terrible customer service. If I could rate zero I would.

I bought a Masta Avante 340 fixed neck turnout rug. After only 8 wks of my pony wearing this rug the stitching along the tail flap came undone also at the back along the lining. I reported this back to the seller HARRY HALL PARKVIEW MILL. But they said it was due to wear and tear if this was the case it would not be along the stitching and definitely not after only 8 wks. They were totally unhelpful and have refused to give me a refund. So I would definitely buy from them again

Firstly, I literally just bought the Canford Breeches the other day at £40.00 plus £5!!! P&p. Wish I'd waited to only have paid half that price as they are now. The stitching where the pocket meets the ombré is very delicate. I give them a few more wears before it rips. The suede on the seat is so thick and so much that you can barely actually sit on top of a horse in them, there's next to no give!! Don't think they'll last long, don't recommend.
