“Purchased Harry Hall Burlington long riding boots for my 12 year old daughter who has outgrown child riding boots, she needed adult size for her calf, a lot of other boots were to long, these boots are perfect fit ,great price too. One of the boots had a small crease in the leather at the top of the boot, reached out to customer services who offered return for full refund or a partial refund and keep boots, as she was competing the next day took partial refund, once on could hardly notice crease, she said they are very comfortable and look very smart too. Excellent customer service.”

“I actually only applied to Harry Hall for insurance cover for an elderly thoroughbred for public liability and riding and accident cover for myself due to him being too old to insure with a horse insurance company which turned out to be one of the best moves I've ever made, I now order regularly off their website, because of my insurance policy I get a discount on the products which always pleases me and notifications of sale items which pleases me even more Delivery from their website is always fast and items are excellent quality and exactly as described I can't comment on the insurance as thankfully I've never had to use it but I still have it despite the fact the horse and reason I took it out is no longer with us and I have a new mare and full insurance ... I like the thought that they cover you for legal expenses and like the discount prices on their website items even more I fully recommend this company to anyone looking”
