“It is not clear that this is an annual policy that you are taking out despite the payments being collected monthly. I never received any policy documents until my second monthly instalment had been taken from my bank account, nor do I recall agreeing for any future payments to be taken. When I question this I was made to feel very uncomfortable. Apparently, I am stupid as well as a liar as documents were sent to me the day after I took the policy out (they were not!) and it clearly states in the terms and conditions that this is an annual policy (I missed this and am reasonably intelligent). I am now stuck paying for something I do not require and quite frankly, something I was mis-sold.”

“The postal charges to the Scottish Highlands - less than 10 miles from Inverness which is on the MAINLAND - are ridiculous!!! I got my order posted to a friend's address in Aberdeen otherwise the postage would have costed more than the Pony Club Badge and PC hair scrunchie. I think it's wrong that Harry Hall are the only supplier of Pony Club merchandise when their postal charges are unfair to PC members.”

“Leg wraps caused horse (grade A jumper) to overheat and itch his legs after appropriate use: we are not numpties. Customer services wouldn’t help and told us to call a vet! The vet blamed the boots. Same horse is fine with a higher end brand of FIR tech products. You get what you pay for in terms of quality and customer service. Go for the higher end brands. There is a reason these are cheaper and always on sale.”

“This was to be a substitute for green coat ordered. After more than a week with no delivery phoned to find out it too was out of stock. A week later still waiting for upgrade I was promised. As a gold member supposed to get next day delivery. Standards are slipping. Disappointed.”
