Unfortunately this fly spray does not work. Used it twice with no effect whatsoever. It seemed as if they were attracted to it. My horse was so distressed.

Nice quality material but they were cut all wrong! There wasnt enough material at the back to allow for the curvature of the bottom so when you pulled them up to sit at they waist they cut me in two!! Very bad design

Product is ok but customer service is poor dont want to help you. once your order is placed you cant correct your order before it is shipped you need to return it and then wait 10 working days for refund which i think is poor

Hello The delivery process was good however the product when opened had already been used and the wellies were extremely muddy on the soles. I was extremely disappointed with the purchase as it was a present for a family member. Due to this, I won't be looking to buy from you again.

I have to say the lining came out and couldn’t put my fingers back they’d ripped. Very poor I got quite annoyed with them.

Belt is as described but the leather smells really strong with a damp and musty odour. The smell permeates into everything including the other clothes in the wardrobe.

Offer some good deals & prices but being charged a high delivery fee and then £4 to return the item i wont be ordering online again

Service is ok. My items were processed and put out for shipping in good time, but delivery was slow. Cost for delivery as a non-member is absolutely extortionate, and the cost to return an item is deducted from the cost of your original purchase. So all in all, I didn't nearly £10 on postage to deliver and return. Shocking! The item I purchased was in a sale, so turned out to be a complete waste of time and money.

The boots are lovely but sadly 40.00 more than any other retailer- my fault I should have looked, but even so an awful lot more expensive. I would have sent them bsck but the returns process was too complicated and have to pay for postage so look on amazon as so much easier!

Rug was too long, my horse where’s 6’ rug and all other rug makes fit. But this rug is far too long.

I unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The coat I ordered was medium and it arrived in a bag labelled M but it was XL. Much too large. I have to say that the customer service is good.

my package came covered in hairs most likely to be animal hairs, the bag the item was in was already opened as if someone had it and returned them.

I ordered a size 4 but unfortunately received a size 5 in a box marked 4. I returned the boots but got charged for the return postage even though I had confirmation by email they would not do this. I have gone elsewhere to buy my boots as I cannot be bothered with this carry on.

Bought fly mask with ears and nose protection to help protect against sunburn as my horse ha a blaze with pink skin. She got the mask off easily then wouldn't be caught to put it back on. Got badly sunburnt nose, not worth the money. Delivery process fast and efficient, shame product not to same standard.

Great website to order from with quick delivery, item not the quality I expected. Within a month the seems have split on the shoulders and the mesh has torn. My horse is not hard on rugs and have not had this issue with other brands. Rugs purchased was the correct size and fit for the horse, quality was not good

The item was much more bulky than the description suggested: very much a winter jacket, which was not what I wanted. It was also tiny. I had already gone up a size as suggested, but still couldn’t zip it up, even with only a t-shirt underneath. I’m sure it’s good quality, but I sent it back so can’t comment on its durability.

When the boots arrived absolutely loved them. Nice and stylish great fit (I’m usually a 6 1/2 but went with the 6 and they were great. Unfortunately however this is where it ends, the sole of these boots are so slippy I have ended up flat on my back in the yard twice now injuring my shoulder and will therefore not be wearing them again. Very disappointing!
