I was disappointed. I ordered the gloves for my mum who cannot access internet. I ordered large but when they arrived they were only medium. They had been a gift for my father but too small as they were the wrong size. Mum didn’t know how to send them back 😢

Pleased with product and delivery. However got charged delivery when gold member this has been now refunded but can niot Order without shipping cost or claim any vouchers. Tried every way which is not very satisfactory.

This rig was not suitable for my 15.2 Hackney. The under neck would have rubbed him quickly and been very uncomfortable to his wind pipe on grazing. It’s sad because it’s a good quality rug otherwise. But BEWARE as it’s cut in this area is all wrong.

Jodhpurs are a nice fit and true to size. Very comfortable. However quality of material isn't great, not even been washed and the stitches down the leg started coming fuzzy looking and worn. Price very reasonable so didn't look To return or replace.

Ordered a pair of boots that were too large in length and too narrow, the website guidance was not enough. They could at least make returns free as I had to pay so much… wouldn’t order from here again due to experience

Order was fine and dispatched quickly but then then Evri lost the parcel, it took two weeks of chasing, the chat system was useful but by the time they conformed the rug was lost they didn't have one to replace it with so I had to have a refund. Wish they used a different courier as they are so renowned for being no good. Has definitely put me off from ordering anything in the future.

Shipped my order out quickly but unfortunately the trimmers were faulty within 10-15 mins of first use. Emailed the customer service and have not had a reply as of yet.

The boots had scuff marks on the toe of one boot and were slightly bent at the top so felt uncomfortable to wear when I tried them on. Not great quality for £80. Please make your returns process easier. It’s taken me far too long to find out how to do this on your website & nobody has answered the email requesting a free returns label for faulty goods, despite following instructions given & using the email link provided. I think that Returns paperwork should be attached to the order invoice for customer convenience - it is unfair to expect everyone to have a printer.

I liked the overall style of the hat but it has a Velcro strap to adjust size at the back and it gets caught in my hair so I sent it back

Arrived much later than expected and not in time for the event I needed it for. Lovely shirt but the pop stud at the top was broken and fell off before I could even try it on. Have returned it

Ordered 2 cottage craft mudbrushes,maybe not their fault but never turned up apparently Evri must have miss laided them and not got any more in stock so had a refund very poor service,but great response for refund

Always been happy with harry hall but I ordered this rug on 8th Feb now 23rd and not received. Your courier said was sending it back to you. I contacted you about getting it sent back out to be told probably can't happen you have no more to send me. I explained I own the rug and want it sent back out. Advisor said they don't think that can happen would find out and call me back. That was almost a week ago and no contact and no rug.....

The gloves are great however, the wrong colour gloves were sent and the free gift for spending over a certain amount was not included with the order even though I filled in the box.

I ordered an exercise sheet as part of an order that never arrived so can’t comment on its quality. By the time Harry Hall replied to my email it was no longer available. Very disappointed as this was the first time I ordered anything from this company and although three other items did arrive not sure I’d order from them again.

Absolutely shocking boots fell apart within days have emailed my complaint still waiting for a response 6 days and counting. Very poor product very poor service very disappointed.

Unfortunately the rug hasn't yet been received yey, its been stuck with the courier for 2 weeks. Harry Hall has confirmed they are looking in to it.

The peak volume our couriers are currently experiencing due to Black Friday, Christmas gifting and Royal Mail strikes is causing delays, but they have commited to deliver prior to christmas for those parcels already in the system.
