Part of my order hasn't arrived. No delivery note in the bag. Email sent to me shows the whole order has been shipped. I've emailed this morning but heard nothing back unfortunately. All Christmas presents so I'm hoping it will be resolved.

I bought a pair of muck boots. They come up a size bigger than stated so they are too big and I've had to put 2 scoks inside them to make htem fit. When I loked down the reviews I did eventually come to one that says they come up big - but I didn't see this befoer ordering. I called Harry hall to say the boots had come up huge and they ere happy for me to pay to return them rather than exchange them for a smaller size. Pretty poor customer service and I won't be ordering boots from harry Hall again.

Good products but charging over £10 for highland and islands postage is ridiculous as Royal Mail costs exactly the same to post to here as to any other part of the UK

I have slim small feet, but found that the ends of these wellies had next to no toe room! The wellie toe area was turned upwards, thus pressing on my big toenail! Why it’s designed to turn up is a badly thought out feature. I was swayed by all the reviews to buy these. I sent them back and the postage was taken out of my original payment. Gone back to Caldene Westfields, which I should have stuck with, as these are the most comfortable wellies I have ever worn. Sorry but these were a big disappointment from me. Ps. The return was not easy, I had to go on Google to get the form to download and print, why not put one in the box?

Wellingtons Causing shin pain when used to walk any distance Thus maybe due to fact they are not wide fitting ? Chosen as thought neoprene would allow stretch Sadly won’t be buying again Having said that the speedy delivery and ease of shopping fantastic

I recently bought some jodphurs from HH. Sadly they had to be returned I’m 5ft 9” and they’re all just too short in the leg. Really disappointing, not to mention the postage and return costs.

Unfortunately this fly spray does not work. Used it twice with no effect whatsoever. It seemed as if they were attracted to it. My horse was so distressed.

Nice quality material but they were cut all wrong! There wasnt enough material at the back to allow for the curvature of the bottom so when you pulled them up to sit at they waist they cut me in two!! Very bad design

Product is ok but customer service is poor dont want to help you. once your order is placed you cant correct your order before it is shipped you need to return it and then wait 10 working days for refund which i think is poor

Hello The delivery process was good however the product when opened had already been used and the wellies were extremely muddy on the soles. I was extremely disappointed with the purchase as it was a present for a family member. Due to this, I won't be looking to buy from you again.

Belt is as described but the leather smells really strong with a damp and musty odour. The smell permeates into everything including the other clothes in the wardrobe.
