“Bought a large for a 17" saddle, too small and slippery fit just wasn't good enough ,,, unfortunately never got round to returning”

“Purchased insurance last year, 9 weeks ago I was involved in a horrific incident were a lorry got too close to my horse & I ended up in the road and was ran over by the lorry. Since then I have had emergency surgery, skin removed and more operations to come, I have been left with a 10x10cm wound. Disfigured for the rest of my life. I contacted harry hall as it states in their adverts you are covered for personal accident, to be told it is permanent disablement only and in the small print it says it too!!. And the man on the phone said what did you expect paying the small amount you did. Please please everyone read the small print!!. I certainly won't be recommending this insurance to anyone. I'm now stuffed after thinking I was insured, already 2 months off work and struggling to pay my bills just on SSP.”

“Bought the fly rug/ water proof top layer rug £80 . Never used ut last year put it on this year and it has absolutely no water proof in it . Horse was wer through in a shower ! Very poor . It was a nightmare to recieve as well . Kept getting lost on delivery !!”

“Unfortunately my order has still not arrived. A lady from South Wales contacted me to say she received a package with my name and details on it. She was planning to forward to me but nothing arrived yet. Very disappointing for our members who are still waiting for their badges. Will be in touch next week to take this further.”

“I ordered a jacket, ordered a size bigger than normal as reviews suggested sizing was small. Jacket didn't fit, too small. Immediately sent for two sizes bigger than normal, again too small. Returned both at the same time via post office in separate parcels. 3 weeks and two days later I received a refund for one jacket. Will now have to persue the refund for the second jacket. This is the first time ordering, not impressed at all.”

“The sizing is way out. Bought a dry coat for my small working cocker ordered med and ordered large for my springer. Springer does not now have a coat as the large only just fits the wcs... Disappointing”
