Both myself and wife have bought HH products for decades. Montana cord breeches were a favourite many years ago with both of us. Buxton boots purchased for Mrs Vincent - she is not pleased with them.

Really disappointed, no response to emails, first night rug was worn it's rubbed the inside of both hind legs and one front leg. It was fitted correctly!

The policy was sold as the best and highest cover they do. Despite our injury being ‘accidental’ as a tendon is a ‘internal injury’ it’s not covered. Which has resulted in the horse bill which once thought was insured is now not.

I ordered a 6ft 3 outdoor rug with neck next day with DPD and received an indoor 6ft 6 rug by Sheldon that Harry Hall reckon they dont supply. Harry Hall not interested in looking after me more interested in looking into what's happened so no outdoor rug 5 days after it should have arrived stoll heard nothing bought a replacement rug from elsewhere despite spr ding around £300 with them in last 6 weeks won't use them again very poor customer service also on one phone call more interested in trying to sell me horse insurance than sort my problem their CEO apparently agrees with not replacing the rug without a big investigation on a £55 rug won't be buying or recommending Harry Hall as very very poor service what if I could not afford another rug that didn't interest them at all then my horse would have to go without whilst they carried out uncontrollably effective research which has nothing to do with the customer!!!!!!! Very Disappointing!!!!!!!!

The worst. I’ve actually reported you to my bank for fraud. The jodpurs I ordered never arrived Mystery tracking number by Royal Mail Your phone number links to an insurance number There’s no customer service And Your instagram is defunct All the links in your order confirmation email come up with an error 404 message when I click on them. Total an utter con.

Option 8 on the number will provide you support to an advisor, should you need assistance with tracking an order. However, order tracking is usually emailed directly to you with a tracking reference via Harry Hall and Royal Mail. Purchased a pair of riding tights expecting good quality from this well known make. Instead I got a pair with two clear manufacturing faults on them! After two lots of images sent and many conversations had, they deemed them to be, and I quote WITHIN THE TOLERANCE LEVEL FOR AN ECONOMY ITEM! I only wanted an exchange but I was told that I could return them for a refund and £4 would be deducted for postage! Why should I pay £4 to have a faulty item delivered to me...£4 to send them back and £4 to order another pair! I wasn't aware that Harry Hall sold economy items.... they certainly weren't advertised as that....just in the sale. Not impressed....I won't be shopping with them again. Looking through the previous reviews it seems the quality is not what's expected for a lot of people from this supposedly reputable brand! Very disappointing.

I returned the Master waterproof fly rug to you two weeks ago and have received no communication from you ! Unfortunately the email with my order number was deleted so I returned the rug to your returns department with my name and address

Having just had a refund rejected suggesting the fault was from an external source the split in the boot is directly where the boot flexes when walking. Based on the response I can only say that I would never purchase any HH products in future and advise others likewise.

Hi , I am a Gold enhanced member but the postal cost to Northern Ireland is much too high, I have cancelled orders due to this . What should be £4 is costing £10 , we are part of the UK . Could someone explain please. Thank you Pauline

I ordered an xs coat and some jodhpurs for my partners birthday. You sent me a medium size coat. I returned it as per your policy on Friday 21st February and I still haven't had a confirmation of the refund. Suffice to say not a good first experience.

After purchasing a pair of gloves for my daughter for Christmas, we were very disappointed to find that we had been sent 2 left gloves! I immediately contacted Harry Hall & instead of replacing the gloves they refunded me, because that's their policy. I then had to buy another pair, which is fine but what isn't fine is that I was expected to pay the postage AGAIN! Not brilliant customer service in my eyes!

The horse insurance is a total waste of money. They will find any loophole to get out of paying. Totally disgusted with the service

Arrived in very poor quality, poor stitching and frayed. Also stank of chemicals. Took well over a week to get a returns label. Ok it was due to the staff working from home. But when I requested a call with a manager…, good grief. The managers attitude was dreadful.

Asked for a refund after a new fleece ripped at the seams and then a turnout rug (which was new) had completely bent buckles. The metal was so weak that both of them bent. No other damage and was on the rug and I was told it was "outside force". Shocking decision and rugs are made cheap and nasty. Avoid at all costs.
