“NOTHING ARRIVED!!!”

“The item I ordered was out of stock yet it allowed me to select it, check out and pay via paypal. I didn't receive a confirmation email, yet received multiple emails saying to comlete my order and that the item was still available and in my basket. On investgation with yourselves it turned out the item was out of stock. I have been refunded thank you, but it is still annoying that the item was not available yet it allowed to me to check out and pay and I was sent multiple emails after this advising that the item was still available when it wasn't.”

“Highly disappointed wrong sizes. Taken money that they say they have returned and PayPal claim they have not . Warning user check bank statements that you’ve not paid for goods you not got . Or a order that said did not go thou on PayPal.”

“I ordered boots to find out a few days later you didn’t have them and I was refunded. This was my first purchase from Harry hall, not a good start.”

“My original order was delivered extremely promptly on 23-12-17, however the breeches were too big so I returned them 29-12-17. I understand that the sale will have increased the workload so I was happy to wait a few days - having still not received the replacement breeches by 15-1-18, I emailed to ask when I could expect them. I received no reply. I emailed again 18-1-18 and still have had no response. I'm so disappointed as I'm delighted with the other items from my original order, and couldn't fault the speedy delivery, especially as it was so close to Xmas. I would really appreciate a response as soon as possible.”

“Took 3 working days to tell me they didn’t have my item in stock, then didn’t process a refund. Ignored my email chasing it, finally got it refunded on the phone a week later. Very poor”

“Was informed delivery would be 05.01.18. Didn’t arrive was emailed to say delivery 8th... still didn’t arrive.. emailed to say delivery 9th ...didn’t arrive tried contacting Harry Hall absolutely no correspondence until delivery was finally made on 10.01.18.”

“My parcel is 4 days late and still no sign of it. No email or phone calls to discuss if details of delivery are correct. I’ve called twice now to find out my delivery address isn’t complete on order, even though it’s correct on confirmation order. So still waiting to see if I receive my parcel!”

“delivery was very quick but the quality of the two items I purchased was very poor indeed having no warmth and looked cheap. They had been reduced from £30 to £15 and even the reduced price was expensive enough. I always remember Harry Hall to be a brand associated with good quality but sadly not in this case”

“I would love to be able to write a review but as dpd have failed to deliver my parcel twice i am unable to. They claimed they were unable to deliver yesterday but my partner was in and also they were requested to leave it i thw porch which thwy also failed to do!. I rearranged delivwry to my work address and as i left the building was due to close yet again mo sign of my parcel so i guess i have to try yet again. What a pity as a large company they provide poor service to your customers”
