Harry Hall has always been great, unfortunately the quality of your product (ultimate grazing muzzle) seems to have gone down recently. I'm not sure if you've changed the production process or the materials used but they are now very poor quality.

Not a good selection of stock unfortunately, I rarely find anything I'm looking for. But if you are an insurance member you do get the benefit of free delivery and returns which is very good.

When checking your order we can see it was placed on Saturday 10th January after 2pm, the item won't have been packed and dispatched until Monday 12th. I can see it arrived with you on the 14th, which was delivered within the expected timeframe of 3-5 days. We do offer a next day delivery service, if orders are placed before 2pm on a working day. Boots themself are very nice , only fault I give them is around the calf area there really big for a size

The service was good but having checked the dimensions of one pair of gloves and with no dimensions given for another I ordered both in the same size as a Christmas present . Unfortunately the second pair were not of the same dimensions so I needed to replace them. In this situation is not possible to exchange an item and you have spend alot returning the item that doesn't fit plus delivery on a new order of the replacement

Good speedy service. I ordered two pairs of wellies - 1. Harry Hall Brand which we are pleades with - warm and comfortable - 2. Caldene which again are warm and comfortable but unfortunately the right hand boot has a leak in the toe. Checked for thorn/glass puncture but nothing to be seem so it must be a deal issue - will have to return these.

Service Grand. Item seems ok. Price for posting to Northern Ireland is an absolute disgrace. Should be no difference in pricing for England, Scotland, Wales & Northern Ireland. We are all part of the United Kingdom of Great Britain & Northern Ireland. Men have fought and died so we are in the Union together so to see this kicked in our faces with separate postage prices is disgraceful. Very high postage for Northern Ireland at that which was very disappointing.

Nice products, but I am not certain about the shopping experience. I believe it is unfair to subtract 50% off an unused return product especially if the sizes fits 2 sizes down.

Really nice item but the website took my order and payment twice, attempted to take the payment 4 more times and then when I rang to see what was happening they couldn’t cancel the extra order so I had to arrange to send back. Thankfully because of the system error they gave me free returns label

Lovely coat, first one was too small even though I used the size guide. Disappointed that I had to return then reorder rather than exchange. I was also charged £4 for the return.

Order some beautiful rugs but the wrong size 5.9 instead of 5.6 very happy that I could return them as new and unopened but unfortunately still waiting on my refund! So can't order anymore until I have received this Which is taking ages. Getting worried as alot of money. Delivery fast but communication poor as u can't email about problems or call.

The boots are ok but the sizing is not. The boots come up a size larger and there is no acknowledgment by Harry Hall that their sizing is wrong. So I’ve had to put insoles into the boots and wear 2 pairs of socks to make them fit.

Our product team work hard to get the right fit for most customers and to help all our products have specific sizing detailed on the product page prior to purchase.
