Awaiting a response regarding a fly rug which I purchased which is faulty as the seems are splitting. Have sent all photos requested but haven’t heard anything back since.

Since taking out my policy with you guys, I've found it difficult to locate ANY details to communicate with you ?? Altho I've got the HH one club app, should you wish to email/etc HH you'll find it harder than expected to unless ADDING to or claiming on policy, simple questions?. Paperwork states click here for C S ? Can't click on paperwork .thick as i am with tecno ! ! Struggle to find customer services details! One club app must be new ? Also I've just noted my policy's dates ? Incorrect 24 to 25 ?means 25 to 26 ? But can't find any c.service details nor tel No/s .it's a mine field for anyone over age 50 ! !

We are sorry you are having trouble contacting us, you can do this via the live webchat in the bottom corner of our website. The 'Contact Us' section also provides a telephone and email to contact our customer service team and our social media channels are available. As you have posted anonymously we are unable to find your contact details to support you so hoping you make contact to enable us to help. In the meantime, please check your emails including junk/spam files as when you become a member, an email is sent with our contact details on and your document links, including a link to an app you download for your membership e-card, and all policy documents are also displayed online for everyone to view. If you joined before the 25th May 2025 you will be covered under the 2024-2025 policy document and if you joined after the 24th May 2025 you will covered under the 2025-2026 policy document, this is because our membership includes insurance that is held by Harry Hall and covers all of our members renewing with our insurer on the 25th May every year. You cover will run for 12 months from the date you join. We hope this is helpful to you. Kind regards, Team HH.

Although most of this mask fits well around the head and keeps clear of the eyes, the straps are always too long and so only half the Velcro is sticking onto the mask. This happens with both my horse and my pony so it’s not down to one Horse having a weird shaped head ha ha ha

I was delighted to find the Masta Protech ear veil for sale on the site and decided to try them on my anxious event horse. The ears made such a difference for his dressage and calmed him so well! When I decided to buy the ears I proceeded to the checkout to find the postage costs were £10.45 for a small light parcel of up to 100g. I then went into the Royal Mail and priced the same to Harry Hall to find the postage costs were actually less than £4 for the same! So I don’t think I’ll be buying again from Harry Hall in the near future! Sadly! Their postage is ridiculous within the UK, just not mainland!!!

Buying from Harry Hall is always easy, though the ventomaster fly rug was a disaster, only lasted 10 days. Pony rubbed on fence post and flimsy material just tore like paper. Loose binding caught on post and I came back to a naked pony! The photo is the product of 11.2hh pony. ( he has never ripped a rug in his life!) 🙃 i still swear by their turnout rugs.

Lovely rug other than no Velcro on the front so it pulls apart. Had to buy a chest expander which I did not need just to stop it from rubbing. So quite disappointed

I ordered this product in error I was struggling with your payment system noticed straight away sent an email with the reply of 3 working days to respond or call if more urgent. I went to call but being a Sunday not open so phoned 1st thing Monday morning to be told it's too late it's already on its way. So I then had to pay again including the postage for the item I actually wanted and then also paid for postage again to return the unwanted item. I think the system where we cant contact you until the next day needs to improve as I have now paid for 3 lots of postage for 1 item.

Have dealt with them for 4 years now and everything has been good so far. But bought the ventmasta and not happy with the fit, there is no lining at the withers, and very tight across the front. The neck is so wide too, it was a cheaper option, so glad I only bought the one for my standardbred as this would not fit a chunky cob.

The large ride-on face mask was too narrow (fractionally) for the TB I ride. I've sent an email to exchange it but not had a reply so far.

first pair of boots where sent wrong size secord pair of boots where worn for ten minutes the colour coating bubbled and come off left boot third pair of boots ordered are ok at the moment but not been worn yet due to hot weather

Whilst I can't fault the Company Harry Hall who I purchased this item from I can say how extremely disappointed I am with Masta in how useful the rug actually is. If you live in a country where it never rains then your horse/pony will be fine. However I'm from the West Country (UK) where we get our fair share of the wet stuff. Unfortunately my child's Welsh A suffers with sweetitch but this rug is not suitable if it rains and the midges are out whether it's dry or not. I don't like my pony left in a wet rug, not quite sure what Masta were thinking with this one. I am amazed at some of the reviews on it, personally I wish I'd paid a bit extra for a Horseware. I have definitely learnt my lesson with this! Do not recommend this rug at all. Harry Hall themselves were very good at processing the order and getting it despatched.
