“Arrived in very poor quality, poor stitching and frayed. Also stank of chemicals. Took well over a week to get a returns label. Ok it was due to the staff working from home. But when I requested a call with a manager…, good grief. The managers attitude was dreadful.”

“Asked for a refund after a new fleece ripped at the seams and then a turnout rug (which was new) had completely bent buckles. The metal was so weak that both of them bent. No other damage and was on the rug and I was told it was "outside force". Shocking decision and rugs are made cheap and nasty. Avoid at all costs.”

“I love the boots , I understand they arnt waterproof but the sole it letting water in and I've tried to get InTouch with them and they refuse to do anything because they claim they arnt water resistant. I'm sorry but day one of wearing them and with the weather being wet . It's not acceptable for one of them letting water in from the sole. Customer service said to show evidence in my socks which I did and they wasn't happy with that either. X”

“So disappointed- I purchase the recycled riding pant when visiting UK - returned to South Africa and wore for the first time to find the tights have a hole in them. Emailed customer complaints and told to return them (from South Africa costs so much and not easy) pictures sent via email #dontloveharryhall Sad & disappointed”

“Disappointed one of the bobble attachments missing and more burgundy then red colour pictured did try to resolve but advised to send an image in as the part was missing not sure how to photograph what is not there. Wouldn't recommend this purchase.”

“Despite receiving an email asking for review on product and service I still haven’t received most of the items ordered. One cheaper add on item arrived but the main items I ordered haven’t arrived and not only have I had no explanation as to why, I’ve also been told they shipped with the other item that I did receive and asked for a review. Terrible service. Won’t be using again”

“Having ordered 2 polo belts from you, one needed to be exchanged for a larger size - I am very unimpressed that I paid £20.90 for the belt and shipping and you deducted £8.51 from the refund - considering it was for an exchange, (meaning I paid another £20.90 to get a larger size) I am very unimpressed to be £8.51 out of pocket and I will not be dealing with you again. Had the belt not been for a grandsons birthday - I would never have reordered. This is a total rip off!!”

“I purchased two of the same rug in different sizes to get the correct fit. Deciding on which rug fitted best I set out to return the other rug. I used a £10 voucher that was sent to me. The voucher was sent to me as an incentive to purchase and provided a discount of £10. The only terms of business which was clear was that the voucher could only be used against a purchased of £20 or more. I was told that if I return one rug, my discount off of my purchase will reduce to £5. I also noticed that the members price on your website is actually £51.95 not £54.95, thereby reducing my £5 discount to £1.00! I was actually enticed to complete a questionnaire for the measly reward of £1. I therefore decided to return both rugs which means that I will have lost the £10 (as it is not credited), or £1 depending on how you look at it. Trading Standards confirmed to me that Harry Hall practice unfair trading practices.”

“Absolutely not waterproof at all! Worn mine once went to the field on the rain came back and had to rip the water out of my wellies! Requested a return from Harry hall a week ago still waiting for them to review my return and refund me! I wouldn’t buy these”
