“Sent back. Packaging was deliberately evasive. Not a good price I can buy them cheaper anywhere! HH one club is seriously disappointing and underwhelming me. I will not be rejoining this year.”

“Bought Trailer Insurance the end of August last year and paid in full what a mistake!! Sold my trailer in February because I wanted to go back to using a wagon. Rang Harry Hall to cancel, the woman I spoke to told me that I would not get any refund (You can pay quarterly, so if you had cancelled the policy then you could just stop the payments). I pointed out to her that in section 6 (b) it clearly stated that I could have a refund for the remaining payments. But she just didn't understand!, said that she needed to contact SEIB direct and ask them! and then to add insult to injury they charged be a £25 admin fee which is a lot for a policy costing £130. Sorry but next time I will go direct to SEIB, a) I will speak to someone who knows what they are talking about b) won't be charged such a high admin charge . So if you are going to buy trailer insurance from HH, pay in installments!! For gods sake don't pay for the premium in full.”

“Leaks water quicker than the Titanic. "Water resistant" - worse than paper, especially when only walking through ankle deep, not saturated mud. Would not recommend unless you're only buying these for aesthetics.”

“Update....Although it was delivered within Harry hall’s time frame. When I ordered it said 3 in stock so I still think it should have arrived soon. On the plus I love the feeder.”

“I bought rider insurance from HH which was due to renew in January 2021 but as I am no longer riding, I wanted to cancel it and thought I had done so though my online account. Apparently, I had not. HH did send me a renewal email but it arrived just after one family bereavement and shortly before another so I completely overlooked it. HH charged me for automatically for 12 month and have been completely unsympathetic, refusing to cancel it even though I offered an admin fee to cover the cost of doing this. They have sent the promised renewal documentation, nor written assurance that this will not happen next year, nor have they sent the promised £10 voucher for renewal, I would never use them again and cannot recommend them in any way.”

“Paid for two pairs of wellies at the end of October and I still haven’t received them, it’s now January. Every time I email customer service about them they ignore my questions or don’t even respond. Absolutely shocking company. No customer service whatsoever. At this point who knows if I’ll ever receive the products I paid for over two months ago.”

“As I havn't actually received anything @ all in writing from Harry Hall other than brochures that are a total waste of paper; I am unable to recommend @ All Plus have had to arrange additional cover @ further expense not good; ;”

“Products great. Service abysmal! Parcel was not delivered to my address, despite the correct & full address being provided. Poor customer service made it my problem to sort. I ended up having to go to all my surrounding neighbours to find it. I won’t be ordering again & will be taking out my liability insurance with the BHS once it’s due for renewal here.”

“As I no longer required this insurance I went on the website to cancel. I could not see anywhere so removed my payment details. As I was in the process of moving abroad, I did not want too or have time to call. Fast forward 4 months and I receive an email thanking me for my purchase and confirmation the money had been taken. I called (from abroad) and explained I no longer required the insurance as I had no horses and lived abroad. Could the money be returned. Flat NO NO NO! Very uncouth woman on the phone. I should have called. This is during Covid when we all know you could be on the phone forever. Dont touch them..... Scammers.... Check you account details.”
