Poor service. No cancellation although wasn't stated when taking out the insurance policy that it would be a 12 month contract.

The black jodhpurs arrived in a cream colour , picker must be colour blind , won’t order from here again . Invoice also said black but I have cream .

I've just added the vet&colic cover on my insurance, as quarterly instalments, but you have taken the full amount, and left me very overdrawn !!!! Not happy.

I have made contact multiple times to find out my policy number and details. I have received nothing back. I need the details to purchase a permit which I still have not been able to do because I don’t have the details for the policy I’m paying for! This was supposed to be for insurance!

This fly rug us made from flimsy material that tore on the Second day of my horse wearing it. Also the velcro fastening had been sewn on incorrectly so that this did not work. I have asked for a refund.

Arrived with three what appeared to be cut holes to the back and one to the leg. Needed them for that weekend. So was not happy. I'd just taken insurance out with you guys aswell. These were my first purchase. When I contacted customer service. Was just offered an exchange. Won't be using you again. 🙁

Hi I ordered over 20 orange pony club sweatshirts The order cost me nearly £500 I only Recieved 3 items..... In 3 sizes and nobody can tell me where the rest of my order is!

Extremely poor customer service, we're not helpful at all, check you don't have auto-renew when you take out an insurance as its hidden somewhere in the fine print and they will not help you when you want to cancel it!

item was very poor quality and tore before I even got it on the horse. Sizing very small too. Certainly wouldn't recommend this.

Please be careful as the insurance policy requires full payment for the year, should you wish to cancel after the 14 day cool off. It is not just a case as in other insurances of losing initial deposit and paying what is owed as long as no claim is made. It is not clear that it is the full years payment required.

They renewed my insurance on auto renew basis. When I checked my account there did not appear to be any card details held but they had them stored somewhere and would not let me cancel on due date. On principle I cancelled anyway and they would not refund even though I am no longer riding. They said they were unable to issue refund yet later in this review they ask how easy it was to get refund ? Sounds like depends who you talk to you get a different answer. Not happy.

AVOID AVOID. If you sell your horse six months into the policy you will be CHARGED full amount for the next six months. You cannot cancel, bad bad policy.

I placed an order for a rug, my payment was taken, over a week later I received and email to say the rug was not in stock would I like a larger size, (why would I )? I requested a refund, I received an email to confirm refund within next few days. I0 days later I have still not received a refund. Absolutely shocking service, really disappointing.

Unfortunately, this rug did not perform well. It was purchased as a gift for my friends horse who lives out 24/7 and in first use (wind and heavy rain), within less than 6 hours, horses neck, chest and shoulders were soaked and the horse was cold and miserable. (The horse was dry when the rug was put on, the wet weather arrived about 30 mins later). The rug was a good fit and certainly looked good on, however, sadly, wasn’t fit for purpose, which was a huge disappointment.
