Unfortunately my last 3/4 orders with Harry Hall I have had nothing but problems, from items not been delivered to a complete lack of communication. The products are great (bar sizing) but unfortunately the level of service does not match.

Have yet to receive item in correct size, very small fitting returned for next size up was sent same size again so still waiting for item

I never received. After many emails and attempted phone calls was finally told it was out of stock. And no body had bothered to notify me. And don’t even go there with the online chat. Don’t do something if you can’t do it properly.

This item was a free gift as I had spent over £60 with Harry Hall. The item did not arrive and then was out of stock. When it was back in stock, the item was to be sent out and I received an order confirmation. Yet again, the item did not arrive and is again out of stock. Not very good practice when the item should have been sent out twice and both times it did not arrive.

I tried these on and they were back in the bag on on the way to the Post Office in minutes! Horrible! Correct size (26) for me but difficult to get on and once I'd struggled into them they were baggy in places. I have one other pair of riding tights which I love so did have something to compare them to. I'm a size 10 and 5'2". Very disappointing.

I ordered 5 items. 2 arrived. I have sent several emails and received automated responses and one question regarding the missing items. No resolution. Not what I had expected from a reputable company. Very disappointed.

I’m still waiting for my riding tights to arrive - I haven’t been able to get through on the phone and my email is unanswered . Ordered 1st Aug

Would not buy from again. Ordered two rugs and only one sent. Had to write many emails and was basically just fobbed off each time. I don’t even think they read them properly. Would not recommend them to anyone and will look to cancel my insurance with them

Unfortunately these are not great jodhpurs, they have a very good finish but the fit is really poor! I am straight size 12, but these do not feel at all comfortable, they are very tight across the seams of the leg, but soon work down from the crotch, they are not at all cheap, so this is a great shame. Very disappointed.

Love the insurance offering, Masta Coolers, Promasta range and both my horses have many items in their wardrobes. Sadly a recent purchase of a fly rug is not up to their usual quality. When I raised with customer services they said it was down to fit (I have been buying and fitting rugs for over 20years and never before had reason to contact customer services) will be returning to horseware for fly rugs.

My daughter bought these with her birthday money and they have split after only 5 wears. We have messaged customer service with no reply. Very poor service.

Only one leg pad arrived and it was dirty/used. I emailed customer services with photos and did not receive a response.
