Horse insurance states VETS BILLS unless you want extra colic cover. Paid higher premiums to find out it’s external injuries only - basically cuts and bruises. Should be advertised as such in the large print not the small print.

Took out their insurance only to find that external injuries only! Phoned and asked what that covered and apparently it’s very little. Mainly cuts and bruises. Took out the higher level too. Asked to cancel only to be told I would have to pay the full year’s amount to stop cover. When it’s advertised as VETS FEES excluding Colic, that’s what I expected it to cover, not just external injuries. Very poor.

Never got the package. Impossible to contact the seller. Never got a tracking number. Ordered two months ago. I do not recommend.

Bought the raffle tickets then big silence. No idea of anybody winning. If you had to check your own tickets, then there was no invitation so to do.

There was no way of knowing what the winning numbers were. Pretty crazy really. Also I got a message from HH to say they would remind me to check the winners but the reminder never arrived. Not that it would have made any difference. So who won?

Didnt understand the numbers and when I was talking to HarryHall.com by message she wasn't sure when it was being drawn. It had already been drawn when I checked after.

A disappointment once again! Thanks for the money here’s your ticket, we’ll announce winners - where? Never heard back, can’t see on the website where to even check the winning tickets . This follows on from correctly returning a pair of breeches and never receiving the refund. Won’t be wasting my money buying from Harry Hall again and feeling rather ripped off.

I ordered a XL it was too small for my horse! I tried to send the item back but wouldn’t except the item back! It had only been on a few minutes and got took off because it was too small. Disappointed and won’t be buying from here again!

I tried to cancel my Bronze membership because due to a change in circumstances, I do not foresee myself using it for at least the next couple of years. Despite sending out an email to cancel my membership on the day it renewed (I could not find how to cancel on the website or email I received), I was told that I was not eligible for a refund. The email exchanges with Harry Hall were at best unsympathetic. The mark of a good company is that when a customer contacts them with a problem, they at least try to make them feel valued, even if they cannot solve the issue. Harry Hall did neither.

On the day that the tie was due to arrive, I received a call to say that they were out of stock and they were refunding the money. This gave me no time to source from somewhere else. If they were out of stock it should either of been on the website or I should have been called way before the delivery day.

I purchased a couple of Masta Vento lightweight rugs from Harry Hall. They were advertised as waterproof. Obviously being lightweight I would not expect them to waterproof in heavy rain however I would expect them to keep a pony dry during periods of light rain. This rug did not do this. My pony, wearing his new rug, came in absolutely soaked after 4 hours out with some mild drizzle. My other horse in a 5 year old Derby House rug came in nearly dry. I wrote to Harry Hall to explain that I did not think the Masta rug was fit for purpose. They assured me that the Masta rugs were all thoroughly tested, that they would not accept a return and that the rug must just have reached its saturation point - somewhat stating the obvious. They also discussed the waterproofness of these Masta rugs saying the following: "Whilst the rug is waterproof different weights of fabric and percentage waterproofness of which we use varying grades from 5,000mm-10,000mm very waterproof to 10,000mm-20,000mm Highly Waterproof." I was surprised because even if the rug were only 5,000mm waterproof this provides quite a good degree of waterproofing. However, when I asked them exactly what waterproofness the Masta Vento was they informed me 3,000mm. They had therefore appeared to have mislead me as to the extent of the waterproofness of the Masta Vento when I first wrote to them. Poor customer service.

Rug not fit for purpose. Advertised as waterproof lightweight rug. Leaked right through first time worn in showery weather. Rug specification not available online for customers. Request to return the rug due to poor advertising/not fit for purpose/missold in order to purchase a suitable rug was repeatedly declined by HH Meghan line manager. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM HH. EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
