I am a Bronze One Club member from the U.S. and had successfully ordered from Harry Hall in the past with no issues. I put on an order on 6 November and when a few weeks went by, I inquired about the status of my delivery and was told via email that there were shipping delays due to COVID and my order was on it's way. Seemed reasonable. Another few weeks go by and I had still not received my order so I sent another email to customer service asking about my order. I received a reply that it would be looked into and they would get back to me about my order. No one got back to me, so I sent a follow-up email about my order. Remember, the first time I inquired, I was told it was in transit (meaning it had been shipped). The response I received was that my order was sitting around and I needed to pay another £117 to have it shipped to the U.S. WHAT!?!?! Next I tried the live chat option to see if I coukd gee someone to clear up the misunderstanding because I had paid the shipping fees stated on the shipping policy, I had been assured my order was on the way and it was just taking longer because of COVID, AND if--for some reason-- there was an issue with my order and it could not be shipped until it was resolved...NO ONE BLOODY THOUGHT IT WOULD BE GOOD IDEA TO INFORM ME THERE WAS AN ISSUE. At this point we are six weeks from my original order. The chat agent who took my question informed me that indeed the order had not shipped and I needed to pay an additional £117 to complete the order. I repeatedly asked her to show me where in the shipping policy it states that the £29..99 is not a flat rate or a minimum staring quote. They can't show me that busy insist my order is too expensive to ship...regardless of any stated policy. We go round and round until a manger gets involved and they state they will "see if they can absorb the cost of shipping my order to me" and that I am a priorty and to expect an email soon. I never heard back from anyone and roughly five days later I cancelled the order. I am still waiting for the refund. Note to Harry Hall: Get your house in order. I frequent other UK online retailers for tack and horse products and my orders always SHIP FOR FREE when I spend over $100. Lying, not communicating, and backing out off stated shipping policies are a terrible way to run a business.

Nice staff on phone, however not happy with after service when problem with a product.

Loved the first pair of these that I bought so bought a second pair, which frayed down the front seam within a couple of weeks of purchase. This was raised with customer services, and after much chasing HH have deemed this damage rather than product fault and so will not replace; I would not purchase again on this basis.

Bought as a present, Order placed and a couple of days later they cancelled it and refunded money. Very frustrating as it didn’t allow time to get the boots from somewhere else in time.

Don’t use this company. Placed an order, payment taken from my account then told they had never received my order and not taken payment. Emailed them three times without response, no reply on phone. Will Never use them.

Harry Hall renewed my membership without checking that it was okay. They took £10 out of my account and I have complained and they still have not refunded me. I consider this stealing. Please refund my money immediately.

Absolutely rubbish. Do not buy. It lasted 2 days before my sensible 16 year old horse who has not damaged a rug for years, came in with it wrapped around his leg and torn to shreds. Offered a lousy £10 to buy a new rug from them!

I was sent the test instead of the score sheets! I’ve emailed, and callled several times but no one has responded! It cost me more to have the sheets posted than they cost and it’s the wrong thing!!!

Very very disappointing. I never received the product I paid for. I send numerous emails never received a response from the customer service team. As I had paid via PayPal I have raised the issue with them in the hope of getting my money back.

Disappointed - this is the second time I have purchased something from HH and the second time there has been a problem. Ordered 2 pairs of the Bala riding tights. 2 weeks later, still not arrived. I chased it up to receive a message that one pair weren't picked from the warehouse and aren't available in the colour I ordered. No mention of the second pair that they'd taken the money for. Similar situation with a purchase made in the summer - ordered and paid for to be told the item isn't actually available.

I am now 3 weeks into cover and it’s still processing I have emailed with no response and have none of the benefits from a gold member very upset as this cover has been highly recommended which is all well and good if you can actually access it
