“Don’t not buy your turf here, they will send you the wrong turf, I received 4 rolls of garden (awful quality) and 36 rolls of jubilee. Despite the rolls being blatantly different the office were unhelpful and implied it was in fact somehow my gardeners fault. Disgusting and rude customer service, AVOID AT ALL COSTS (Oh and the lorry driver dumped all the turf essentially blocking the whole road)”

“Very easy to order, delivery arrived on time on the day we requested. I’m an amateur gardener and have laid turf lawns about 5 or 6 times over 30 years and this is the best turf I’ve used. Weed free and doing well after 10 days, although weather changed to cooler and damper. Looks lovely and green.”

“Delivery was good and the driver was very helpful. Bit disappointed that there were so many stones in the turf, which we didn't expect from a good quality turf. We managed to pick them all out as they could eventually have damaged the lawn mower if left in. Turf is down and is growing well.”

“Great service, easy to use. I had an issue with making payment online but Jacob in the sales office was really helpful and amended the order manually to ensure next day delivery. Turf was cut nice and evenly, making laying (for an amateur!) easy and less than a fortnight on it is already looking good. I would use this company again and highly recommend to others.”

“We had 100 sq m delivered, spread over 2 pallets. Delivery was Friday, turf was stored outside and in the shade. Laying started Saturday, we finished Sunday by which time 8 sq m ie 8 rolls which were in the centre if the pallet were very very hot and black. They were laid and watered but these 8 rolls never recovered and died.”

“Had the Jubilee turf before and more than happy with it the first time around with very good delivery costs and great quiality product. Second time around not as good and not sure how long the pallets were in transit before being delivered to me. Very hot turf rolls which whilst on the pallet had a heavy downpour and was laid no later the 24hrs after delivery. Early days however grass currently looks patchy in places as the heat may have killed some of it, although regular sprinkler watering etc I'll keep monitoring the install.”

“I ordered 65sq meters of turf which arrived on time and was delivered fine. One pallet of turf was absolutely fine and looked great. Unfortunately, the second pallet of turf was not good quality and about 10% of the rolls of turf had large patches of dead areas. I contacted the company asking for replacement turf but I received no response.”

“Completely disappointed with the quality of the lawn and the way support handled my queries. I received turf on Friday and it was planted on the same day evening. I visited the garden over the weekend and observed a black/dried patch around. I waited a couple of days before I reported this back to customer support. In the Email, I mentioned, "over the weekend" which they considered as it was planted immediately so it caused damage to the lawn patches. I tried to explain it, but it seems customer support is not in the mood of supporting but rather defending that it needs to be planted immediately. If the lawn support any time delays in planting, what kind of quality it is? I strongly suggest, Please think twice before ordering.”

“The sedum turf ( ground) arrived in good condition love it . We did find the instructions a bit confusing - a video would have been helpful. But online help good . Also some indication of when the delivery was going to be between 8 am/ pm would have also helped”

“Very displeased with service after using this company for several years received incomplete order missing few rolls of turf. I try to soleve issue with company but they decided that order was complet and send me photo of palette with turf from lorry in warehouse, unfortunately my pallets wear delivered on different lorry, missing itam was never delivered or refunded, my garden project has unfinished strip of turf. As garden landscaper I would never left my client unsatisfied. Very disappointed, want be using this company again.”

“The turf arrived on 2 pallets, on 1 pallet, the turf was dark green with damp black soil, the other was a little lighter green with dry brown soil, this second pallet also had a few rolls which were quite thin with some holes which tore as you lifted the roll. Fortunatley I had ordered sufficient extra that I didnt need worry about the worst rolls. The lawn after 1.5 weeks looks great, the lighter green grass has turned dark green and the whole thing is knitting together well. The last picture attached shows the lawn after only 1 week”
