“The ordering and delivery of my wildflower meadow turf were very straightforward. I was able to lay the turf within 90 minutes of taking delivery and, two weeks on, I am enjoying a very healthy new addition to a grot-spot in my garden where a few pretty little yellow flowers are already attracting bees, even at this autumnal time of year. Thank you very much Turfline.”

“The turf was of excellent quality delivered on a pallet to the curbside. Perhaps Turfline is more geared to the larger purchaser as the delivery vehicle was large and pallet delivery leaves the purchaser with a problem of disposing it. Otherwise very satisfied.”

“Fantastic service, I ordered the turf, I paid extra for the early delivery and it came at 08:00am, which was perfect. The Turf was in perfect condition and looks amazing now it has been laid. I would highly recommend this company/service. The customer service team were very helpful and sent lots of information to maintain my lawn. Very impressed with the whole experience. Thank you so much.”

“All great - price, quality etc. But delivery was dreadful. The pallet was dropped off at a random person's house round the corner - meaning all the soil on their new block paving when I had to move it. It was only when they came out to see the pallet and the invoice resting on top had our address on...”

“Live in London, needed 50m2 of turf urgently for backyard landscaping as B&Q and Wickes were out of stock in all branches (September - end of season). Called Turf online, spoke to a young chap, who managed to organise for same day collection at one of their depots. Took a hire van, sped down up the M11. Got there and had freshly scooped up lawn forklifted into the back of the van. Really appreciate the great service. 5 stars.”

“I bought some SUDS and Slopes in the hope of stopping the steady erosion of a barren bank in my garden. It arrived on the day requested. It was in position by lunchtime and showing signs of recovery by teatime. Eleven days later, it's as disreputable looking a piece of turf as you could wish for. I'm very happy with its freshness on arrival and subsequent vigour and am looking forwards to some floral treats next summer. I will never again consider purchasing any turf products off a shelf at B&Q - Freshness really matters! It was disconcerting to receive a message from DPD that my delivery was arriving a day before requested. It turned out to be just the anchor pins. I would have appreciated a brief message from yourselves to let me know they were travelling separately. That's the only improvement I can suggest. Thanks!”

“Ordered some Jubilee turf and rapid roots. Great delivery service, driver was able to deliver the pallet on to our drive. Managed to lay the turf the following day. It’s been 2 weeks and I must say you can hardly see any joins. Very green (been watering daily and had rain). Growing very well and is beautifully soft. Would highly recommend. Very happy.”

“I have bought from Turfonline before and the turf was great then. I have to say it was outstanding then and it is outstanding now . I have recently purchased the jubilee turf for our newly renovated house. I have bought from other suppliers in the past but they are nowhere near the quality of these guys. I highly recommend. Don’t waste your time and money with others just buy off these guys.🙂”
