“Turf arrived on time, and the delivery driver was helpful as there was an unexpected road closure and we needed to agree on an alternative drop-off point. The turf was in good condition, with no weeds and beautifully green. The lawn looks great with the new turf laid.”

“From the roots to the flower very pleased The sedum feed is working really well more green than stressy red Seeds were more than pleasing packaging great will let you know on the finished article Sedum plugs im afraid most of them damaged due to packaging but being sedum they will survive as they have, planted in pots for further growth but to be honest i think the box was thrown about on delivery not your fault Thankyou Paul browne”

“We bought turf with the Heritage wild flowers in it. The turf arrived at lunch time on the pre booked delivery day, so we could lay it during the afternoon. Everything seems fine. We used the instructions on the website, which are comprehensive and clear. The turf is delivered on a pallet and had obviously been watered that morning. We have watered quite a lot since, just to keep it moist while bedding in.”

“Ordered several times from TurfOnline, every time has provided everything I need at the best quality. Only issue would be delivery when ordering grass seed. It’s cheaper to buy 1 bag on 2 occasions rather than buying 2 at once.”

“The turf is excellent. The delivery and logistics so poor that I had to ferry it half a mile myself with six trips in my car after the turf was left in a lay-by. On following this up twice with customer services I am still awaiting a response, a fortnight later. However the quality of the turf is great!”

“Recently completed a small housing development where we used Harrowden Turf. We brought the cheapest turf, but the quality was very qood. I needed to turf my own lawn so Turfonline(Harrowden) were the natural choice. I decided to go for a mid range quality. The turf delivery was late, should have been an AM prop got it late afternoon. The turf quality was really mixed, some were 20-30mm thick with dense grass, some were cut so thin they fell to bits when picked up.”

“I received my order promptly and well packaged. All of my plants arrived nice and healthy with no damage. It's always a chance you take when ordering plants on line, that they arrive in one piece. As unfortunately that has not always been the case, when I have ordered from other suppliers.”
