“This is our second order from Turfonline. Very easy to deal with. Had slight hiccup with delivery, my fault for not mentioning access via narrow lanes! But the office were brilliant and kept me informed, all got sorted in the end. Highly recommended.”

“The service and product received from Turf online were very good. Before the purchase was made, the customer service department, provided, clear and concise information. During our initial conversation, we discussed delivery options, more specifically, our site was going to have specific tight access issues. The customer service department dealt with this seamlessly, and obviously, they have good systems and processes to deal with both B to B and B to C clients. The product itself was extremely uniform and fulfilled the client's brief perfectly. Out of 218 rolls used, we only had to reject 4 rolls. This is an extremely good ratio and again shows me the quality of this farmed product and the company's quality control in the field”

“Easy to order, I even got a phone call to confirm the delivery point, had a time slot booked and the delivery came well within the times allocated. Easy to lay the turf and within a couple of days the turf had perked up and even had flowers on it, and this is in November. As a gardening group we will be reordering more of the same.”

“Excellent green roof. Quick delivery. Exceptionally heavy 2m X 1m rolls so very difficult to unload from pallet in lane and even worse to heave onto roof. Feels like an Olympian achievement to now have it lying beautifully on pitched roof. Choice of 1m squares making very clear re weight on marketing/ order please”

“Great grass seed product, only let down by long delay to receive it due to use of second class postage, and made worse by Royal Mail strike action. Suggest they should be using another delivery service, plenty of couriers out there..”
