“Price was good, delivery was on time and the driver was helpful. Turf is good quality and has taken well. I've noticed a couple of weeds though, which shouldn't be there in turf which is only 5 days old. Would use again in future since the price was good, but if you want the absolute best quality, it might be worth spending more.”

Thank you for your review. Our turf is guaranteed weed free so we are very surprised to learn that you have spotted some. Could you be looking at grass seed heads appearing which is normal in newly laid turf? If you would be kind enough to send a picture we will be happy to advise. Kind Regards, Angela.

“Turf arrived around 10.45am (although only booked for 8am to 2pm slot), so I was able to lay all the turfs (37) on day of delivery. Initially there was a problem unloading from the lorry, as the driver could not get the pallet truck under the pallet to move it, as the pallet was at right angles to required direction (presumably because it had been loaded onto the lorry from the side using a forklift). Therefore the turfs had to be removed from the pallet while on the lorry and manually unloaded - this is a problem that the delivery company needs to resolve. All the turfs were in excellent condition and obviously of a very good quality and I am very pleased with the finished result. I highly recommend TurfOnline.”

“turf turned up when expected, easily unloaded on pallets, Excellent quality, I would use again, NOT like some of the rubbishing meadow grass I have had in the past. I had jubilee turf and it looks absolutely amazing, Many thanks. john.”

“I was quite worried about ordering turf online and as a single woman with no knowledge of what kinds of turf were available, this could have been a very stressful situation. The turf was delivered by a very helpful man, at a very good time. The turf I picked was a good price, not the most expensive and not the cheapest but the quality is fantastic. In with the turf was a booklet with instructions on how to lay the turf and how to maintain it. I have followed this and two weeks on, I have a fantastic lawn, even in this extreme heat it has grown through very green. I will never hesitate to recommend this company to others or use them again.”
