“Turf arrived on time good quality and good price ,some rolls were cut too thin fell apart when picked up but had allowed for waste so no problem ,just got to wait to see how the lawn turns out .”

“I was impressed by the punctuality of the delivery and the helpfulness of the delivery driver. As for the turf I would definitely use Turf on line again as the grass was in good condition and excellent quality.”

“The turf was delivered promptly within the time requested. It was in good condition and was layed within a few hours of delivery. The quality seems very good and the end result looks great. I would use them again.”

“Very good and impressed was a bit unsure buying on line but can't fault it . Nice wide rolls and only took 4 hours to lay 100sq m . Only issue I have is the deliver service used was very good and was early , but Luckily I had 4 friends to help driver get unloaded as he was an older gent with very poor unloading kit and parked on a slope we struggled even with 4 of us . May need to look at your haulers who deliver . Great product , would recommend to anyone .”

“Service and product quality were excellent. The only gripe I had was that the delivery van took out one of my safety mirrors which has cost over £80 to replace. The driver was reluctant to reverse into the drive, to be fair, and the approach turn for his vehicle was not easy. Still, it made for an expensive purchase in the end.”

“Turf very good only thing was paid for a 12.00 delivery and the turf turned up at 13.30 so what's the point of paying for a 12.00 delivery driver said he got lost on his first delivery .”

Hi Stephen, thank you for your review. We have 3 options for delivery. "Anytime nominated day" cost £12 / Delivery between "8am to 2pm" cost £24 / Delivery between "8am &11am" cost £30. Hope this clears it up. Thanking you, Angela.

“Very good product, we went for the Jubilee turf and cannot fault it. Ordering was very easy and delivery was spot on, had reason to telephone and the query was sorted out straight away without any fuss. Well done to all concerned, will definitely use TurfOnline again. Terry”

“the lawn is laid and look so nice, i have a very small dead patch which is strange but im sure it will pick up as being well watered all was delivered on time and a very helpful driver. so we will see but very conferdent it will be lush, and glad i did not get it local. so well done turfonline”

“I had a problem with the online ordering so phoned and spoke to a very friendly lady who took my order and reminded me to order just a bit more than I thought I needed which was good as it was all used when received. Great service,great value and the turf is excellent quality. Will be using them again”

“I was recommended to purchase turf by a ground worker and a friend. I am glad that i followed their advise as the turf was of very good wualuty well priced and the whole purchase process stress free with excellent communication through out. I would definately use again and recommend this supplier.”
