“I orderd 47 rolls at 11 am on Monday it was deliverd at 11/45 am on Tuesday my neighbour and myself started laying turf at 1 pm finished at 3/30 pm could not have gone better well pleased had a lot of good comments from neighbours on quality of grass ps -a powerd pallet truck would be a big help to delivery driver.”

“Turf and top soil arrived as expected and on time. Very good service. Not the easiest place for delivery but they managed it. Thanks so much for making it possible. We now have a fantastic garden. Transformation!”

“The turf that I laid was an excellent condition would recommend to any one thinking of re turfing there garden. The staff were most helpful and kept me informed when awaiting delivery. Again thankyou to the ladies at turfonline line. P j pattison Photos are day of laying”

“It was a good service overall with early delivery on the day. Might want to add the delivery start and end times on the website as this wasn't clear. The delivery man didn't have anything to get the pallet off the van, which meant my husband had to carry them off with him by hand which wasn't great.”

“Great service, easy to use site for ordering, turf calculator makes ordering easy"2"spares at the end of turfing, I book a time slot for delivery and it arrived on time, I would recommend this site to friends . Great turfs.”

“Quick and easy to order, good turf wish was cut shorter before delivered. Frustrating that on a Saturday delivery there's no way of contacting the office if there is a problem. But would order with this turf company again.”

“Quick, efficient delivery. Driver very friendly. High-quality turf. All the neighbours are very envious of our splendid lawn! The seams visible on the photo disappeared within a few days. Highly recommend this turf.”

“Ordered online, very interactive and informative website. Entered special instructions for delivery, however this information was not received by them. Turf arrived was of a very high quality (Jubilee) and lush and green. Installed beautifully, no complaints with product. There was an issue with delivery where the pallet could not be removed by the delivery driver due to weight. I was then involved in a conversation between the delivery company and turfonline, which i feel i shouldn't have had to be involved in. In the end i had to assist The delivery driver with offloading. Excellent product, however logistics need to be improved (including website not receiving special instructions). Otherwise would have given full stars. Ultimately, the turf was a very high standard at a fair price.”
