“The quality of the Jubilee tif we received was fantastic, extremely green and, moist and thick, it was easy to lay, to press together and to shape to the way our garden is later out. Could not be happier. (Photo of early progress attached)”

“When I googled Turf for the West Sussex area, I had results from various local suppliers as well as Turfonline. I was hesitant to use them, as it didn't seem logical to me (my age perhaps..). However, the ordering was easy and the turf arrived within the allotted time and, as can be seen from the photo, is absolutely perfect.”

“Excellent!! Ordered turf on Saturday afternoon and it was delivered by 9.30 am on the following Tuesday in perfect condition by a very helpful driver. The mistake I made was having it delivered on the hottest day of the year (circa 36C in London) so needed to lay it within a couple of hours. Quality of lawn and freshness was evident immediately and it was this that ensured the turf did not dry up. Have been watering the turf a couple of times a day in this really hot weather to keep it green and it looks to have settled/taken root very well. Overall very impressed by the quality and value of the turf, the accessory pack containing the laying boards, extra seeds, pre laying fertiliser and compost. All delivered as promised and on time. Well done turfonline for a lovely new lawn.”

“Ordered and delivered in 2 days. Turf was very good quality. Disappointed with the delivery. It comes on a pallet which we didn't realise and had to be left on the street outside our house until.it was laid.”

Hi Katie, So pleased that you were happy with the quality of the turf. As regards kerbside delivery. We have tried to make it clear on the website that the turf is delivered palletised to kerbside. However, if you didn't spot this fact then future customers could also miss it. Consequently we have asked our website designers to emphasise it more so that we don't disappoint anyone else. “Very efficient, good quality turf and a very helpful delivery driver. The turf had been badly loaded onto his lorry leaving no room for the pallet truck to be used. The driver was creative and helpful in finding a solution.”

“A great service, ordered at 9:30am and turf arrived at 11:30am the next day. Really happy with how the turf has gone down. It is day 6 and the roots are already starting to grow into the soil.”
