“Usually great turf but was sent 2 pallets of rotten turf which had obviously been sat rolled up for a few days before it was delivered to me. However, customer services were very helpful and send out replacement turf at no extra cost and disposed of waste turf. Did cost me 2 days of extra Labour but fresh batch of turf was top notch.”

“Overall the quality of the turf was good. There was quite a difference in some of the widths of the rolls and a number were damaged with holes and tears. A good 85% of the turf was good though. I would probably try a different provider next time, but overall i think the product was satisfactory.”

“My turf arrived as ordered at midday giving me the time I needed to lay it that day. The turf went down nicely and was of a good quality. My only complaint is that two of the rolls at the bottom of the pallet were not rolled properly, or had slipped under the weight, causing some damage to them. I was still able to lay these and use off-cuts to patch it up. There are now three small patches that I will need to seed for some grass. This isn't a major issue to me and overall I'm very happy with the result. If I could go back and fit it again I'd have just started at the other side of the garden so the damaged pieces are less noticeable but this will rectify with seed.”

“I could not recommend TurfOnline more highly. Ordered 60m2 of the Jubilee turf to cover an area where I had removed a load of raised flower beds. I specified the pre-11 am delivery slot as the weather was looking like a hot one so wanted to get the lawn down before it was too hot. The turf landed before 9 am, with superb delivery service. The quality of the turf was fantastic, the best I have used so far. It was very fresh, had good green colouring and had perfect moisture content and looked like it had been excavated that very morning. Will definitely be using this turf and TurfOnline again. The turf has rooted superbly and is growing great. The only problem I have now is the rest of the original lawn looks terrible compared to the newly laid areas!!”

“The turf arrived on time and in good condition. We only have around 25m^2 of lawn, but it went down easily and has taken fine during the last couple of weeks. The photo is just after laying.”

“3rd time using Turfonline/Harrowden Turf and would highly recommend them. Easy to select the right product, configure quantity, and select delivery date (particularly if you are watching the weather for the best time to lay). I paid a little extra for a nominated delivery time and this was met. Delivery, packaging and turf quality are all excellent and I find them extremely good value for money. On a previous order, the weather was extremely hot and some of the turf expired extremely quickly in the heat. Without hesitation, I received replacement turf free of charge.”

“I watched a YouTube video of how to turf a garden and the guy in the video had bought his turf from Turfonline so I thought I'll order from them as well after reading many online reviews also recommending them. I'm really happy with the turf I ordered. I bought the Shadesman turf as moss from trees overlooking my garden took over my previous lawn and I don't want the same thing to happen again. The turf arrived on the day I chose and the delivery guy tried phoning in advance to let me know he was nearly there. I've added a picture of how the turf is looking after a week and a half, watering twice a day. Looking good so far, knitting together well and vibrant green in colour. I'm completely happy with my purchase and world buy from Turfonline again.”
