“This is second order from turfonline. The turfs that were deliverd on the first order was fantastic. We had people asking us if the grass was fake. The turfs that was delivered second time around was just rubbish. My neighbours asked me why I didn't go to the same place I got my first turfs from as the difference is very very noticeable. I'm not sure now if I could recommend Tufsonline again. Sorry Matthew”

“Our premium turf was delivered promptly on the day agreed, and as were out at the time, the thoughtful delivery driver unloaded the pallet on the pavement close to where the turf was going to be laid. It was very lush, and like a thick grass carpet with no wildlife or weeds in sight, so five stars awarded and well worth the monetary investment. We would certainly recommend Turfonline on the basis of our own order experience - Thank You Very Much”

“The turf arrived a full 24 hours late as it got 'delayed in Birmingham' and was quite clearly kept overnight in a warehouse. I took the day off work to receive it and couldn't take the following day off, leaving my wife to receive it. On their site it quite clearly says turf should be installed on the day it's harvested which clearly we couldn't. You would have thought given this situation the guys might have helped lift it into the back garden (about 5 metres from the kerbside). Nope - they shrugged their shoulders and left my wife to drag it in. They were however very prompt and apologetic when told about this and refunded my delivery charge. The lawn itself looks great and is very good value for money.”

“It seems strange to write a review when basically a company simply delivered what they said they would. But that is what happened. From ordering online, through to delivery of the turf, Turfonline have ensured the process was very easy and straightforward. No complications and no issues. So, if you require turf, order from Turfonline, because simply put, they are reliable and their product is perfect.”

“Grass looks ok, BUT delivery is shocking, the poor driver and I had to get 3 x 1 ton pallets off his truck with a pallet truck which then sunk into my drive.. at least offer a premium delivery service with a mini forklift.. skimping on delivery costs means I wont recommend. the service is not fit for purpose and is more than likely against health and safety rules.”

“ordered Wednesday evening, was a bit worried about a delivery "any time Saturday". Turf arrived 8am and the driver apologized for being early.. really good service, would definitely recommend. Turf had naturally had 2 or three places with rocks lodged or other irregularities but minor damage and enough turf available to fix it. Our lawn looks amazing now, thank you so much for the fantastic delivery.”

“Spent over £350 for turf for my lawn. Two pallets arrived and I laid the turf as suggested on the website. The turf was watered well and the day after it was laid the rolls from the second pallet were already going brown. I contacted turf online who then sent me a generic email telling me how to water grass and ignoring my problem. I have recently asked them to replace the 14 rolls that had died and they have continued to ignore me so be very careful before spending your money. I paid for the best all rounder as well so didn't even go for the cheaper stuff thanks turf online for your terrible customer service”

“Ordered for next day delivery - turf arrived by courier (very courteous). We moved it to a shady area and laid the turf the same day. Watered as recommended by your very helpful, tutorials - both on laying and afterwards, rather than listen to all of the advice from various people, so far so good. Already looking like a lush lawn with the joins disappearing within 4 days! Definitely recommend Turfonline and use them again ourselves!”
