“The turf rolls were delivered 9 am, that gave me the rest of the day to lay them. The rolls were nice and fresh and easy to lay. I had 70 sq m by the end of the day the new lawn looked great. I watered for half an hour and the next morning it looked wonderful. A very happy bunny.”

“Paid for premium turf, which arrived 3.5 hours late, only to find it had holes in the majority of the roles and the landscaper believed it to have been harvested 2/3 days beforehand . Emailed turfonline and still waiting for a reply. Not the best service im sad to say”

“I ordered the Jubilee turf. Came exactly when it was due, all very healthy and delivery was a very good price. My only gripe is that I have found the turf is quite heavily covered in annual grasses (which I hate) so I spend a lot of time picking this grass out to try and limit germination and spread. My dog has also left a burn patch and I sent a question in regarding repairing (whether the grass would grow back in or can we buy the seed mix to match the rest of the lawn) and never got a response”

“Not impressed at all, turf started to die off after 3 weeks. I was told I could buy some seed when I called you, there is no money back or turf replacement as advertised on your site. Very poor!!”

“The order was obviously contracted out for delivery. On arrival the pallets had been double stacked and jammed in to the extent the delivery could not be made - it was made mid- afternoon the following day. On looking at the turf it was in a very poor condition and has obviously been cut, rolled and stacked several days previously. Am bitterly disappointed with the quality of service - the whole exercise has been a nightmare.”

“THE TURF CAME ONTIME AND WAS 100 TIMES BETTER THAN I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE IF IM HONEST ,IT WAS REASONABLE PRICE BUT TOP QUALITY TURF ,EASY TO LAY AND WHEN I HAD FINISHED I WAS WELL HAPPY WITH THE RESULT IT LOOKS LIKE A SMALL FOOTBALL PITCH ,I LEFT MY RESPONSE FOR A FEW WEEKS TO LET THE TURF SETTLE SO I COULD GIVE A TRUE REVIEW ITS TOP CLASS THANK YOU VERY MUCH .”

“I understand that it's a perishable product however I was disappointed when the turf arrived that the top layers on both pallets were so dry that it was already browning up. Luckily I had ordered to much so I could throw the top layer from both away.”

“My turf arrived around 5 o'clock on the scheduled day and by 8.30 that evening I had it laid. It seemed quite dry and after a week I did have a few brown patches, so I increased the amount of watering. I simply wasn't giving it a good enough dowsing - enough to soak deep into the roots and the freshly prepares soil underneath. But now, three weeks later, and still with a watering every two or three days, I have an extremely lush, green lawn. It has grown beautifully and I gave it a gently, not too short cut as well; giving me the neatest greenest lawn for miles around. I highly recommend this company!”
