“Delivered what appears to be a decent product (time will tell) at the correct time on the correct day. Lorry driver had considerable trouble with the weight of the pallet which had to be partially unloaded before he could get it off the lorry. Even then he would not attempt to get it over the dropped-kerb lip, about one centimetre, and left the pallet in the road.”

“Waited all day for my delivery. Made umpteen phone calls to find out what was happening. Was promised phone calls back but never happened. Delivery finally arrived 7 hours late”

“I placed an order over the phone and there was no problem with the delivery - apart from the fact that in my absence, the driver unloaded the pallet himself so close to my garage door that I couldn't open it! Otherwise the turf is really good and I am very pleased with it.”

“Very fast delivery. Good quality grass. Great soil. The top soil bag could have been covered with a larger bag. It was open so when it rained we had to cover it our selves. But that's not a big problem. Will use again.”

“I ordered 15m2 of grass and 2 70lts play grade bark. I got 2 bags of 500kg of bark on Friday 23th/06. This 2 massive barks stayed the whole weekend in front of my house obstructing people use the walkway. Someone came and collected the 2 big bags on Monday 26th/06 and didn't leave my 2x 70lts Play Bark. I left a message at your voice mail and got no return. So far I don't have my Play Bark. What's going on???”

“Ordering from turf online was easy and the website has all the information you need to get your order right first time. They have several varieties of turf so you can choose one that best suits your garden, I chose Jubilee. I ordered before 11am and the turf arrived the next day in the morning. I had booked a day off and asked that the driver phone or text me once he had a delivery schedule worked out. He did this and he was amazingly helpful and my turf was delivered less than 24 hours after I placed the order. Laying the turf was the easy part, I had put a lot of effort into the preparation digging out 16 tonnes of poor soil and clay to a depth of 8 inches and replacing that with 28 bulk bags of topsoil and then stamping it down and levelling it. It took me about 4 hours to lay 60sq metres. It is now just beginning to root and show its first growth after 6 days. I have watered it at least once and often twice a day to give it the best start, there has not been any rain in that time. The transformation of my garden from horrible lawn to excavation site to beautiful green lawn has been amazing. I am very happy to recommend Turfonline.”

“We bought the jubilee range of turf and we laid our turf about 3 weeks back and are very happy with the result. The grass has started to grow well and the lawn looks beautiful and green. Can't wait to walk on it now. Excellent quality.”
