“I was a little disappointed on the day of the delivery of my turf as it was late in arriving. I also had to phone to query why it had not arrived at the allotted time and had not heard from the delivery driver why he was late. However, after a call to the depot and receiving their apology as there had been an issue with the delivery and rebate of £18, the turf was delivered a few hours late. When I saw the quality of the turf I was thrilled with my purchase. It is a week now since I laid the turf and it is a very rich green and growing very well indeed. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to my friends.”

“Very happy with the overall customer service and speed of delivery. My only real concern was that one or two of the turfs were a rather thin on the cut edges and a couple broke up a bit as they were being laid but, as they were only put down a couple of days ago it is too early to comment on how the lawn will look once it has bedded in!”

Hi Ceri, Glad to hear that you are pleased with the service and delivery. The condition of the turf can sometimes be affected by the weather conditions when harvested. “I was delighted with the turf. I was informed of delivery time and when it arrived everything was as I expected. We had torrential rain so in many ways perfect for laying. I would have no hesitation in recommending turf on line to everyone.”

“They could improve their customer communication. Had to wait until 4pm for the turfs to arrive and had to ring them to find out where it was. If they could sort their distribution I would have rated them higher as the product itself was excellent when it finally arrived.”

Hi Keith, Thank you for your review. We're so pleased that you found the product to be excellent, I can see that on your order you opted for the "anytime nominated day" delivery option. We do offer pre 2pm and pre 11am for an additional charge. Due to this the AM drops are prioritised by the pallet courier and this means that "anytime - nominated day" are usually on a second run and can be quite late. Unfortunately our hands are somewhat tied as we are currently unable to track orders and provide accurate ETA's on the pallet couriers that we use. Thanking you for the feedback.
