“ordered weds, delivered fri - hassle free. driver even agreed to push pallet 80meters up the drive (with help). one week on 66 of 72 rolls are lush, rooting and growing well.”

“Delivered on time by friendly staff. Overall grass in good condition however we had 10% of turf with tears or holes when rolled out. Luckily the were cut up for border jobs. After 10 days, grass showing signs of taking.”

“Quality of product was very good (top soil and turf). Delivery was well executed and helpful. Could do with some better post order delivery help on delivery times and contact numbers of driver and options to get heavy loads to required location at house”

“First time I have used this company and only a small order of 16mtrs sq. On the whole happy. Delivery was last thing in afternoon which is typical of couriers but not Turfonlines issue. Quality of turf received was very good except one roll. This roll had a hole in it the size of a football !! Not sure what’s happened maybe a large weed removed or something. As I bought the recommended extra “wasteage” to lay it allowed me to leave that one: Other than that very good quality / colour / growth and thick even matting of grass. Hopefully will take beautifully and if I need to purchase again will do but without the “holes” next time.”

“Really pleased with the turf it looks great and was good value for money and was delivered on time. Only downside was the delivery driver wasn't very helpful, he said he could not get the pallet up a curb but did not want to travel 6 or 7 metres to the nearest drop curb so he ditched the pallet in a lay by outside my house. He managed to put it in a position that it took up two parking spaces so I spent my evening in the dark and rain moving all the turf so my neighbours could get in their parking space. They were not happy and neither was I!”

“Packaging good delivery good easy installation just disappointed that must have got end of roll as the 1x1 mat was sparce of plants on one end of mat, the other end was dense plant cover. Disappointing as the bug house roof not completely covered”

“Great quality turf. I am by no means an expert but me and my dad (who is a more experienced gardener) laid the Jubilee turf in my garden and we were both very impressed. The big bag of topsoil was also very good and there were no problems with delivery.”

“Communication was great and the delivery fantastic. The turf was thick and the grass green and lush. One pallet of grass was rather dry but this does not seem to have affected the grass. The turfs were virtually weed free (we found three weeds in 400 turfs!). Ordering on line was simple and telephone contact was made to make arrangements for the delivery. Nothing was too much problem and the driver made contact letting us know when the turf would arrive. Very helpful transport manager and driver. We have laid the turf and are waiting to see if it takes. Hopefully it will but it already looks great. Thank you all at Turfonline.”
