“15sm of turf missing originally when delivered 2days later turf was totally trashed unable to use terrible state all small pieces only 1 roll intact”

“Paid extra for a time slot, took time off of work to fit turf, turf didn't turn up. Called company several times staff failed to call back when promised, issues with their courier service. Then promised delivery next day by 10am, didn't arrive until 2.45pm! Plans ruined!!”

“7 damaged rolls out of 25, rang sales to be told they would knit together(not exactly easy when they disintegrate when handled!!) and take a photo of damage.Email the photo's - tried twice and gmail tried for 3 days to send , only to be told their server would not accept. I have bought turf from rolawn previously and found their product to be of much better quality.”

“Turf looked ok on top layer as soon as we got down near the bottom of all 3 pallets of turf there where rolls that was torn rough cut edges some rolls were as much as 4.5 inches shorter than other rolls Top soil to Mach same square area we'll never seen such a thin 10mm in my live more like 4 mm screed absolute joke.”

“Have yet to deliver through adjacent field where the expensive road has been laid to our Lane from Marsh lane. We have had three (3) deliveries and collections from 18 ton film lorries this past week. I would have thought our bridge access less turn around than the width in Marsh Lane access.”

“On the 15th February 2017, I ordered over 400 square meters of turf for delivery on the 17th March 2017. Two days later on 17th February, a vehicle arrived at my address with six pallets of turf, one month early, which had to be turned away due to the area not being ready. As I have not yet received this order and checked the condition of the turf, I am unable to rate the service from Turfonline. I appreciate the promise of next day delivery but attention to detail is also important! I look forward to 17th March 2017 and will happily receive, check and write a review. I DOUBT FUTURE CUSTOMERS WILL SEE THIS REVIEW. Trevor Booton Nuneaton, Warwickshire.”

“Turf arrived so dry even the delivery driver commented that it looked dead. 6 days in and it's not improved, looking beyond hope.”

Hello Thomas, astonished to learn that you had dry turf on 2nd September. We have had rain almost every day. Regardless, even if the soil is dry it wouldn't normally affect establishment once laid. Could you forward a picture of your completed lawn so we can offer advise. Thanking you, Angela,
