“We have now had 2 consignments of your top quality turf which is excellent. It covers a curved mound in our Japanese garden and with the shadows on it of the overhead trees, it looks truly magical. Thank you.”

“When you buy anything unseen it’s always a worry , however the turf was great quality and at a fantastic price . Definitely would recommend . Delivery driver was excellent, worked hard to drop pallets in a difficult area. Well done.”

“The turf arrived together with tiger top soil in the first hour of our three hour window. Delivery driver excellent, polite friendly and professional. The turf is very good.it is very green, our gardener found it easy to lay. We didn’t have any spoiled turf at all . Would recommend turf online.”

“Fantastic company. The turf ( jubilee ) is great quality. Looks wonderful in the garden. Delivey was on time. Good communication with the helpful driver. Zero complaimts. Dont look any further if you need a good quality and good value turf. Couldnt recomend it enough. Very happy customer.”

“The delivery arrived on time and the turf was largely in good condition except for a number of patches. I watered the turf daily and it has rooted well but the patches remain. I phoned TURFONLINE and they denied any responsibility as I should have called on the day and any other time is not acceptable. So warning if you have a problem with your turf, call on the day of delivery and maybe they might assist you. I spoke to Lianne who said this is clearly on the website, I have been through all the FAQs and there is no mention of this. Its a shame their customer aftercare is poor as for the most the specialist Shadesman Turf is pretty expensive but worth it if in the long term it survives. You can only really say your turf is a success in a few months time and I realise it is down to you to water regularly etc.”
