“Packaging good delivery good easy installation just disappointed that must have got end of roll as the 1x1 mat was sparce of plants on one end of mat, the other end was dense plant cover. Disappointing as the bug house roof not completely covered”

“ecoearth delivered was very poor quality mostly lumps of clay - product is supposed to be for turf seedlings and borders - I was mixing with largely compost and eventually broke up the clay although was very hard work. I should have advised the delivery man to send it back - I will never use this firm again”

“Turfonline delivered 320 square metres of turf on the delivery date as promised. The turf was good quality and a beautiful rich green coloured grass. Really helped to transform the look of our new build. Excellent product and service 👍”

“Problem with unloading from tail lift lorry with pallet trolley which was unsuitable for site especially as was explained in purchase notes that access had to be kept clear & delivery would have to be dropped onto site”

Sorry to hear you had issues with your delivery. We use a pallet courier to make many of our deliveries who offload using a tail lift and pump truck to offload as you described. “Great quality turf. I am by no means an expert but me and my dad (who is a more experienced gardener) laid the Jubilee turf in my garden and we were both very impressed. The big bag of topsoil was also very good and there were no problems with delivery.”
