“Delivery was bang on time Ihad broken my wrist the day before the driver could not have given me more help. I was pleased with what I saw then and now its laid I could not be more pleased. The deep green and thickness of the turf I have never seen better thanks to all.”

“Very pleased with our new turf. Arrived in great condition, was easy to lay and established quickly. We now have a lush, green lawn that was once an overgrown jungle and have also had lots of compliments. The only thing I could fault was the delivery of the turf which was delayed and arrived several hours after I had specified, the lorry driver was also very unfriendly and moaned about his day when I mentioned the delay, turf online did refund me the cost of the timed delivery slot although it took a while and I had to phone twice to get it done, however in spite of all this the finished quality of our new lawn makes up for it and I am overall very happy. I feel the turf itself deserves 5 stars but the delivery and refund issues have let it down so I've knocked off a star I'm afraid.”

“Arrived on time. Turf was easy to lay and so so green. Looked amazing and grew really well. We didn't necessarily need the 2 extra we ordered 'just in case' but it was better knowing we had them.”

“The online calculator worked a treat and the ordering process was easy. The topsoil we bought was really good stuff, and a joy to work with. The turf is also of a very high quality and if ever we need to, I would use Turf on-line again and recommend them to friends. The delivery driver was very helpful and obliging too. Couldn't ask for anything more - Thanks Turf On-line”

“The only reason I have not given a very good rating is we had some practical delivery issues. However I was offered appropriate compensation for our efforts. The turf itself cannot be faulted, excellent and consistent quality which I was cutting in just over two weeks. I would recommend Turfonline without hesitation, just ensure the transport vehicle can get to your property and unload!”

“ordered one day delivered the next - in NW Wales. That is good service. The turf was neatly packed on a pallet (which you keep) and when opened up for laying looked good: Even thickness, even growth. As most of my back lawn is more field than lawn, I only needed the cheapest turf for patching and extending. This is the 3rd time I've used TurfOnline, and I continue to be pleased with the product and service.”
