“The was delivered on Tuesday 1100 hours - We started laying it at 1030 the following day - the first pallet was ok - the grass was green but just starting to go yellow at the sides - once we got to the 2nd pallet the rolls were so hot smoke was coming out and a lot of the rolls had already deteriorated and unusable (burnt and black) - also the turf was very thinly cut - under an inch which meant that the shelf life of the grass was very short - lucky we had over ordered so we managed to salvage enough to complete the job but this was all very disappointing and as you had a 24 hour return policy from the delivery time it was to late to contact you once we got to the 2nd pallet - we will not be using your service again for our turf requirements”

“Good delivery with a more than helpful driver. I bought Jubilee turf which exceeded my expectations. Nice, fresh turf, still damp but already warming up in the middle of the pallet so you do need to follow the advice given on the website and get on with it promptly. Excellent, short, dark green turf on a fine, thin, black loam base. Really tightly knit root system. No stones at all. Nice and light to handle. Nothing at all to find fault with. I have no hesitation in recommending Jubilee turf from this supplier.”

“Received the turf on time, it was packaged well and a good price. The turf seemed very fresh and wasn't dried out in any way, it was very green. Turf has been laid and it looking great, the rolls were cut straight making them easy to lay. Very impressed with Turfonline and would use again if more turf is required.”

“The product itself was a very good quality but I paid extra for it to be delivered before 11 am which it wasn't there has been no mention of the money back that I paid for this service even though I did phone them to tell them”

“Arrived on time and in great condition. I have the Premium Turf version and it looks great and has settled well, (but it's less than a week sine it was laid). Overall all... very pleased with my purchase.”

“Update of earlier review, turf laid late November, during January was frozen solid for 3 weeks has all established very well, no weeds germinating & is also coping well with medium shade next to high fence. Very happy with product.”

“Really happy with the turf I bought. The jubilee looks great down. Ordered top soil to go with it. Good quality stuff in my opinion. And I'm no gardener. I had to contact the staff and found them helpful and friendly. Would use again if I needed to.”

“Ordered over the phone, no fuss with good advice. Paid the standard rate delivery and product still arrived before 11am. A fast friendly efficient service with good advice from the delivery driver. The family turf was in top condition. would highly recommend the company to others.”

“Good quality turf. Very impressed with price and quality. Only thing to improve would be to offer tracking on delivery as my delivery didn't turn up until 5pm, meaning i could do very little work until the next day.”
