“This is only my initial comments as my turf arrived at 10.00 yesterday. Delivery was made as agreed and the turf was in good condition. It was laid by 15.00 and looks great. The grass was in excellent condition and had obviously been well cared for and cut with a very sharp mower. On or two of the turfs had small (1 to 2 cm) potato-like corms embedded in them. I hope that we spotted them all to get them out. One turf was damaged on arrival but an additional turf was in the package so this must have happened on loading. Now for the watering .”

“I ordered some turf to match the existing lawn and was persuaded that the lawn contained some dwarf rye grass When the turf arrived (on time) it was obviously to a different quality Turfonline agreed to supply replacement turf (without rye at all) and only asked for the difference in cost. The new turf arrived again on time and matched the existing lawn exactly. I couldn't be more pleased!”

“An easy to order website experience - lots of useful info on there to help you make a choice - great service on delivery - very friendly driver - no mistakes with different addresses for order and delivery. Very good quality turf and top soil - nice thick, easy to lay turf - we are landscape gardeners- client happy!”

“Arrived just after 11am having paid extra for it to arrive before 11am and this was surcharge refunded without asking. The delivery driver was apologetic, very polite and helpful. When chasing the delivery up, the customer services team were effective. The product itself is pretty good. A few of the turfs were too thin in places so having levelled the soil perfectly, the surface will be a little uneven in places. Some of the turfs had quite contrasting grass types so I would imagine the lawn will have a few patches in some areas but overall it's looking good and seems to be taking well. Not perfect but would certainly use this company again, because they were good to deal with.”

“The order of 16sq metres was delivered at the arranged time and I was completely satisfied with the condition of the product. It was laid on the same day (six days ago) and the advantage of laying the turf on properly prepared surface is indicated by the excellent lawn I now have in my front garden.I would not hesitate to order similar if needed in the future.
