“We were delighted with our bunk bed purchase from Happy Beds in 2022. Unfortunately a fault developed and we contacted customer service hoping for a resolution. We couldn't have been better served. The customer service provided by Sophie, Courtney and Shelby was absolutely 5 star. These customer service agents made the process of returning the bed for a full refund completely painless. They were knowledgeable, engaged and good communicators. Really the whole process couldn't have been better. Highly recommended.”

“I bought a lovely daybed 7 years ago and needed a spare part to assist when dismantling. I received excellent help and advice from Sophie and Shelby in the customer service team and the part is on its way. What more can you ask even years after purchase - excellent!”

“I recently purchased the Berlin Ottoman Kingsize Bed from Happy Beds, and I couldn't be happier with my choice! The bed is not only stylish and comfortable but also offers ample storage space, which is a fantastic bonus. I did encounter an issue with the piston mechanism, but Sophie at Happy Beds was incredibly responsive and helpful. She quickly addressed my concerns and ensured that the problem was resolved efficiently. Her excellent customer service made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. “Firstly, the quality of the bed we bought for my daughter is amazing. It looks great and is very sturdy. Assembly was straightforward with clear instructions. A major reason I would buy again from Happy Beds was the customer service. I had a small problem with one of the parts (absent-mindedness on my part) and yet Chloe and Sophie were incredibly helpful, and with a small email exchange had my problem solved.”

“This is the second time I purchase a bed from Happy Beds. The bed is very strong and well built that we decided to purchase again for our second girl. Excellent customer service (from Paige) who sort my error when I placed my order incorrectly. Delivery came on the day it was expected with no delayed. Very well organize and well inform all the time.”

“Excellent customer service from Sophie and communication skills phone and email. I didn't think the product I ordered was good and when I contacted Sophie. I was given clear options to return get the right product. Sophie kept me informed and was understanding to my circumstances she showed great care and this assured me through the process. The product was easy to assembly and looked firm and beautiful Thankyou .”

“Top quality service from start to finish. Great communication from the moment we booked - the furniture was top quality and everything we hoped for. Even when there was a small manufacturing fault which meant a couple of the facades didn't appear quite right, the customer service was top quality and Sophie was attentive and responsive and arranged to have replacement parts sent to us immediately. Very positive experience and would highly recommend.”

“Bed is incredible quality, extremely well made and well worth the money. These are not criticisms but it took me 10 hours to build but absolutely everything lined up perfectly and was delighted with the end result. Just be meticulous with your set up with all the bits and pieces as you don't get any extra screws bolts ect so be very very careful when you have them out and please make sure you put a sheet under the bits you are assembling as the panels can mark quite easily if not careful and have opted for a darker colour Customer service was fantastic too when I had to change the delivery date, nothing was a problem. Delighted with the bed!”

“We bought a bed in 2020, a saturn grey fabric bunk bed. It had been amazing. Unfortunately one of the sides got broken in 2025. I emailed happy beds and they have put the part to be replaced on order for us. The bed itself is brilliant. The fabric is lovely and easy to clean, the bed has been sturdy for my two growing children. When we ordered, we purchased them mattresses as well and they are so comfy and have remained comfy throughout the duration. When contacting them regarding the broken part of the bed, we spoke to a brilliant customer service person called Sophie, who has made the process so easy and there have been no issues at all getting the part we require. I have, and will continue to recommend Happybeds”
